Thanks, all. Yes, the whole alcohol thing is going to be handy, especially once I get to university. And even though I've only been eighteen for a day I've already got people after my vote.

Hmph. They never ask me to join.
Congrats on reaching 18! domokun I always wonder though... why do they let you get pregnant, married and smoke at 16 but they don't let you vote til you're 18? You could have a large, nicotine addicted family by 17 and no way to get their views heard in parliament! Not to mention there are videos in the shops you can't even buy.
Not that any of that matter once you're past the 18 barrier of course. Woop!
