i want to say superman because of smallville, but for what i hear the comic book version was a jerk. os i am going to go with petter parker aka spiderman

For the record, Batman does qualify as a Super Hero (although not a super-powered one, he is a larger than life figure with more rescources than anyone else).

Regardless, my favorite hero just might be The Question (the original, I don't know the Rene Montoya version all that well yet). However, Nightwing is a close second.

Beast of the X-Men has always been my favorite super hero. "Oh my stars and garters!" for life! talk2hand

I would have to say that I have 8 main favorites. Four from DC and four from Marvel.

DC:

Kara Zor-El, Supergirl, just because she's such a better character than Kal-El in my opinion... that and she tried to kill him...

Helena Bertinelli, Huntress, this Itallian vigilante turned school teacher's always had a special place in my heart.

Barbara Gordon, in any incarnation, she's brilliant; as Batgirl she was kickass, as Oracle... well... what isn't there to say about Oracle?! She's a genius.

Selina Kyle, Catwoman, it really rather depends on how you look at her whether or not you call her a hero or not, but she has a moral code, and she has teamed up with "The Bat" for the side of good a few times, so I consider her a hero.

Marvel:

Jean Grey - Honestly, what isn't there to love about her?! She can DESTROY worlds and still look hot while doing it, oh and let's not forget she brought Emma back to life after being shot in crystal form.

Emma Frost - Okay... she was evil... then good with a touch of evil... sure... she makes questionable decisions, but still, for a superheroine... she kicks a**.

Carol Danvers - Ms. Marvel... come on... the powers of a Kree warrior all compact into a beautiful Journalist!?

X-23 - She's a clone... she's slightly psychotic at times... and she's an awesome combatant!

My fav. Superhero is Wolverine. For many reasons. I love his story, his history (That is just starting to be explained in the comic) is so complexed, He has Bone Claws and Metal coated all over his bones. He believes to be Canadian and has trained in japan. He is wanted by everyone (Good and bad) and on both sides half od them want him dead and half want him alive. There and many What if comics with him that explain how powerful he really is/could be.

As for Superman... I never really like him, even tho he was made by a canadian. He was always too power and too weak at the same time. His story wasn't complexed it was just broken... I just never liked him.

Batman... tho he has no powers was a hero and was my hero until i got older. Then I relieved how broken DC comic Characters were.


[Oh and freed by insanity there was a few people even in Marvel that did not have powers only money, Like Iron man]

Spider-man was at one point my Fav. He is extremle good but i kind of hate how they changed him in the movie. In the Comic book, when he first started, his web was made by his science not his body. Tho later on in the comic book they did change that saying he evoled more but I wish they would have kept that for the first Movie atleast.


Magneto was one of the weirdest bad guys. He wasn't fully bad. He wanted the world to be in peace but the 'Humans' wouldn't let that happin. So he was going to kill them. He was and still is good friends with Pro. X oddly enough.

Beast was never really a fighter. He was a scientist that just fought to help others. He was the true goodguy hero.
