
How you have come to this place varies from person to person, but once here, you can always come back.
The Great hall of The Order of Magic Preservation lies ahead of you. The great hall is actually more of a large spiral tower than an actual hall. The Hall itself is made of pure obsidian; it's flawless, smoothed exterior seems entirely unnatural and is cool to the touch. There is a strange fog illuminating this strange place, lingering about 15 feet of the ground, blocking the top of the tower from veiw. Upon reaching entrance you see only a small purple circle on the ground. The rest of the room lies empty and unodorned with any sort of decorations at all. The pungent smell of dust and mildew eminates from the tower itself.
Upon entering the the circle, you are filled with magical energy. You are violently shot upward through the ceiling to the top ramparts of the Hall. As you look around you see a large Ironwood table, round, with chairs equally around. The sky up here is visable and looks like a pale white oil spill streaked accross the sky. The feel of pure magic pulsates in the air in here making anyone who follows the path of magic at ease. Scattered books, tombs, and scrolls litter the table and surrounding floor area, providing an excellent source of reading material for any practicing user of magic.
At the far end of the table there is a small figure with his nose buried in a book. As soon as you move even the slightest, the book crashes down to reveal the face of a middle age gnome.
"Welcome to the Order of Magic Preservation!" The voice said with ethusiasum. "Your accounts of wizardry have spread far my friend! Welcome to the magic elite!"

What to do here:
-Discuss all forms of magic and share tips and stratagies that have helped us wizards in previous battles.
-Any other discusion involing magic in any other, way, shape or form!
-Participate in the "Wizard Training Program!" See below!
When you join the Order, you will be given a title based on your exploits that gained you entry into the order. These titles will change as your character grows! No title is better than the other (at the moment) so its really just all in good fun!

Current Titles:
Black- Black wizards focus on the destructive power of magic. Choosing to "bring the hurt" to ememies above anything else, these particular wizards are sometimes known as "Nukes".
Favored Spells: Energy Burst and Fireball
Green- Green wizards are known far and wide for there ability to cause all sorts of unpleasent effects to their enemies. The status effect spells they have might not cause the most damage (and in some cases none at all), but they make there enemy unable to fight effectively.
Favored Spells: Stunbolt, Counter Spell
Blue- Blue wizards focus is usually divided among many different things. Mainly used as support, these wizards should find a comfortable time with any group, as there abilites can cover any amount of different situations.
Favored Spells: Any
Purple- Purple wizards are another mixed grouping, though one thing makes them stand out... Minions. Using them as meat sheilds, helpers, or just damage dealers, these wizards will oftan have abilities and spells that help aid there minions, of cover areas that there minions can not.

Favored Abilites: Summoner
Red- Red wizards closely resemble blue wizards, though they tend to rely more so towards the destructive end of the spectum. Though not as powerful as blacks, Red wizards do posess some more combat orientated abilities to boost there power to more extremes, whatever that power may be. Some Red wizards will also focus there powers on self preservation, rather than the party preservation that blue wizards strive for.
Favored Spells: Energy Burst, Lesser Mana Sheild
Favored Actions: Power Up
Gold- Gold wizards dabble in all sorts of spells, but the motto is always the same. More is better! Though there spells might not be as powerful, they master the art of casting more than one spell per turn. Though a hard path to follow, these highly specialized wizards are a welcome addition to any party, that is assuming they can muster up enough magic every turn to put ther powers to full use.
Favored Spells: Any
Favored Abilities: Speedy Magic
White- White wizards tend to be on the defensive more so than not. They tend to focus there magical might on healing and protecting other members of the party. A white wizard is always a good alternative to a ol' fashioned cleric.

Wizard Training Program:
It is up to you, fellow members of the Order, to train wizards on their exploits. If you trained a Wizard and he comes into the Order, you gain one Mentor Point! Earned Mentor points will get you a higher Rank in the Order, meaning, you have more say in the way we run things here!
Rules:
- At this point in time, all members must be approved by vote. If i wizard has proven himself in your eyes, recommend him here, then it will be put to a vote. A >50% majority Vote is needed for entry approval.
- When asked to join the Order, we will ask who helped him the most to become the Wizard he is today. The person who he feels has done to most, gets the Mentor Point!
- Get 5 Mentor Points to Gain a Rank in the guild. Every additional Rank earns you one more vote for entry approval.
