who else got their face thoroughly rocked off by the Death Note anime? I haven't seen a lot of Anime, but I really, really enjoyed Death Note. It really makes me wonder what the next big suspense anime will be about... and if it will be able to surpass Death Note in that regard....

Anyways, I love Death Note. I've been finsihed the series for awhile (scanlations <3) but I've only seen the first twelve episodes of the anime. My internet connection is SLOOOW.
I <3 the series, though. I have a 'Death Note' and an L plushie on my bed. D=

General Lea, if its possible you should try finding the death note anime. or you know what, look for it on TV links. it should be there. theres 36 episodes or so in total, but make sure you watch it in order... its the kind of thing that if you skip an episode you'll be totally lost. Rhazia

It doesnt relate to smash bros, but I dont think every post has to. I mean, I dont think shiroi nor link ever check this guild anymore xd looks like we are the opposite. I've seen the entire series, and haven't read the manga's yet. yeah, if you have a slow connection.. don't even bother xd I'd like to see these... plushies >_>

I think they just came out with the last english volume too... let me check *runs upstairs and checks manga shelf* yup, ends at v. 12, but I was finished long before thanks to scans. Someone told my brother Light should be in Brawl, and he says "What would he do, scraggle around like a rat?" rofl But I never really watched the anime after season 2 started (mostly due to the fact that my mom watches my computer from the couch right behind me and I don't dare to think of what she'd do if she saw the word ******** flashing across the top of my screen (but shes on a biz trip now so Ic an watch cuz my dad thinks language doesn't mean anything/

The Death Note isn't a plushie, it's an actual leather-bound journal with the rules and stuff in it. XD
The plushie's cute, though. I bought L at Anime North. I could have gotten a Light plushie as well, but I opted to buy a Princess Peach plushie instead. XD
I'll take a picture when I get my webcam back from my friend if you really want. =O

wow death note rules! i loved the manga but i havent seen the anime because i cant find dubbed versions and i hate watching subs xp anyways id like to discuss the series in detail with ppl here but that would involve saying spoilers

Death Note hasn't been dubbed yet. :/ I'm hoping it is soon, though, it would make getting the DVDs a bit easier.
Oh yah. I neglected to mention that along with the plushie and journal, I have 3 Death Note wallscrolls, a necklace, a keychain, all the manga, a pin and the movie soundtrack. XD;

as for the spoiler thread sure, though im not sure how many ppl would post wait, dubs, as in with voice? er, i meant subbed. with english letters and japanese voices. it was supposed to lead to them. if it doesnt, navigate the site like so... go to the top, click on anime, find the D section ( its set up in alphabetical order vertically) and look for death note. they should all be there.)
