T3H RA!NB0W C@F3!! Is a place to hang out, meet new people, have fun, and maybe grab yourself something fancy to eat.
But! Seeing how this one is set up inside a guild, it's a place to hang out, Meet people you probably already know, have more fun, and last but not least, definately grab something good to eat ^^-.
