We need to have stricter accepting policies to new members if you are worried about inactive members.
When requesting to join the guild, you should have some questions they need to answer, like why do they want to be a part of this guild, and how did they find out about it.
It would make the guild run much more smoothly.

Here is a plan!
For an announcement, we will list two members at a time. They have two days to post in that thread. If they don't we kick them the hell out.

Hmm.. Like give them questions to answer like how long they've been a part of the thread, if at all, and give them a secret word to give, which would be hidden in the thread rules to make sure that people have been reading them.
That's all I can come up with. >.<

Vem-chan Hmm.. Like give them questions to answer like how long they've been a part of the thread, if at all, and give them a secret word to give, which would be hidden in the thread rules to make sure that people have been reading them.
That's all I can come up with. >.< Ok, I'll start working on it.

You made a few typos (sorry, but we've got to look nice and proper or I'll go mad) :
so Its' it's guaranteed to be just as good, or if not better than the thread, which is still going strong today. I really want to thank XxDarkLovexX for donating this guild to this organization.
How long have you been a member of the guild thread(If Any at all?):
Yes, you must proved provide the secret message, hidden in white, somewhere in the rules.
And the white text should be at the bottom of the rules, as it is obvious where it is now.
And what's up with your random capitalization scheme?
