So, out of curiosity, are any of you players in that Second Life "game"?

Used too, however my computer doesn't have the capabilities of playing the game, not to mention I got bored in a hurry.

Second Life is a virtual world, not quite a game. www.secondlife.com is their site, and I don't know if I can explain it right now.

darkphoenix1247 Speaking as I haven't heard of it, no. sweatdrop Is that an expansion to half life? You know they'd never name their expansion like that xd (by the way, there already are a few expansions for HL2). It's more like a real world where you can meet other people, only online. Your character (as the other people playing online) is displayed as a 3D model of your design. People actually make money off of SL by crafting clothing and/or models for people to use. A friend of mine would often muse about the fact they call it "second life". He'd say: "If you play it, you didn't even have a life to begin with xd ". Of course, it's a nice idea, though I can hardly imagine myself getting sucked into that 'game'. If I want to socialize, I'd actually hang out with my friends in the fresh air than through cyberspace, the way it was meant to be. I mean... Come on, it's so nice out... sweatdrop

And it's just like a chat, you get to go in and talk to people who might not live near you (sorta like Gaia wink ). It's also anonymous, which makes it easier for shy folk like me to strike up conversations.

After all, cyberspace is pretty limited, not matter how lifelike they'll try to make it... sweatdrop
