(Note: This is sort of a game thread. Read below to find out how it works.)

Here's a photograph of the Walrus and the Carpenter in front of the Eiffel Tower. Here's a photograph of the Carpenter devouring a loaf of bread. Here's a photograph of the Walrus taking a bath in the Seine. Here's a photograph of them trying to trick some snails out of their shells, but the snails are well-educated and have read the Alice books and know better. Here's a postcard they sent me:

Quote:
Dear Kibeth,

Have you any money you could send us? We're run clean out and had to resort to paying the waiter with delicate China ornaments. We've run out ornaments now, and we don't know how much longer we can rely on these old brandy bottles we're using in their stead. Please wire us some money as soon as you can!

Sincerely,
Walrus and Carpenter

P.S. Big Black Bulldog says hi.

Oh, what fun adventures they had in France! However, I'm sure France is not the only place they've visited, and that I'm not the only person they've contacted. Does anyone else care to share their correspondences with the Walrus and the Carpenter as they tour the world?

Just last week they were in Japan, dear Kibeth! Here, in this photograph, are the Walrus and the Carpenter in a lovely hot spring bath. In this one, the Carpenter is learning how to make sushi. And in this photograph -- Dear me, Mr. Walrus, Pocky is for eating, not smoking! Here's a photograph of the Walrus and the Carpenter picking up their plane tickets to Bermuda at the airport from a darling little girl with a Pikachu purse. How sweet! They sent me a postcard from Bermuda on Monday, lookie here.

Quote:
Dear Ashlynn,

Japan was fantabulous. We spent one thousand three-hundred and thirty-seven yen on one game of Russian roulette last night. Why Russian roulette is in Japan we haven't the foggiest. Bermuda, however, is Hot, Hot, HOT! We cannot fan ourselves fast enough. We each hold three fans in a hand at once sometimes, but it's not enough; do you have any spares to send to us?

Sincerely,
Walrus and Carpenter

P.S., We're touring the Triangle in a half-hour. Very exciting, eh?

And with it, there's a photograph of the Walrus and the Carpenter on a small boat in the Bermuda Triangle. But what is that thing behind them, just there, up in the sky...? I wonder...

I found a tiny little article which sounded as if they went to Disneyland!

" Two suspicious creatures where seen trying to eat fake oysters, which were set up for an Alice themed set at Disneyland.

Sources say that one had a hammer, and the other appeared to be an actual sea animal, maybe a porpoise."

I reached a radio broadcast from some remote area, most likely the top of Mt. Hood, warning me of an impending letter. Several days later I received the following photo:

On the back it said,

Quote:
We are trying to contact you from a very perilous place, where Walrus thinks he has lost his hat. We are trying to find the hat. It is very windy in here, and somewhat round. We have asked a tourist to take a photo of us in this place, and we will sent it to you as soon as we have it developed.

I later received this photo:

On the back it said:

Quote:
If you look closely you can see me and Walrus waving. That's us, there by the gray bit. We found Walrus's hat, by the way. He had left it in his suitcase.
