That would piss me off as well though. Stand up for your rights, but try not to get into pointless and lame argumentes with her. Do try to stay calm, and use all that energy towards furthering the cause!

Okies...let me get this straight...you want to start a GSA at your school...but your mom won't let you.....and now you're pisssed off..(well, hopefully you've cooled down just a tad! blaugh )
As far as I'm concerned you have the right to be a bit mad that your mom decided not to let you..What I suggest is you spread the word of your want to start one, get people interested who would actually want to be a PART of a GSA, and then approach your mom again! Tell her that you're trying to spread tollerance and hopefully acceptance! Be persuasive and don't let it escalate into one big yelling match (cause those never get you anywhere right? wink )
