Previous posts ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto: *blinks at Juliet* O.o [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet: -Looks to the larger male and tilts her head inquisitively- Is something wrong? ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto: *smiles at Juliet, having a weakness for foals* Not at all.. Do you have a name little lady? [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet: -Tosses her mane despite its short length- Why yes. It's Juliet. May I be graced with your name? ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto: *eyes the young filly with gentle eyes* Are you a royal little one? Such a noble name... I am Sibalto, from across the Sea... [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet: -She bows down to him- It is surely a pleasure to meet you Sir Sibalto. No, I'm not a royal, just a follower of the theatrical arts. ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto: You are a delightfull thing, Young Juliet... [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet: Why thank you Sir Sibalto. It's truly a nice thing to say. ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto: You are a very polite young filly Juliet, and I did nothing but speak the truth... It is a pleasure to meet you... [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet: Well, I see no reason to be rude to you Sir Sibalto. I mean, we have only just met. ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto chuckled, amused by the frankness of the young filly. "That is a very diplomatic way to look at things, Lady Juliet..." He nodded solemnly. [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet flicked her tail lightly, smiling up at the stallion. "I only speak the truth." ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto nosed the filly playfully, eyes and voice gentle. "Where are your parents, My Lady? Surely they don't know you're out here alone?" [X]Natty-Chan[X] Juliet skipped back lightly when he nosed her, giving a small giggle. "My father is somewhere around, though he does not seem to mind me being off on my own." ~Latonia de la Courtel~ Sibalto nodded, nickering and nipping at her playfully. "As long as there is someone nearby to see that you are well, Little Lady..."

Juliet once again, pranced away from him, giving more of a giggle this time. She returned his nicker with a small one of her own as she pranced around him slightly. "Quite right. Even the less parental horses still show some concern over their offspring." It's not that she's saying her father wasn't real paternal, he just seems 'carefree' about it.

Sibalto watched the little filly prancing in a circle about him, smiling all the while. She was quite a precious little thing, and made him want to speak to Firefly about having a foal of their own. He shook his head, clearing away those thoughts for now, and watched the filly return to stand before him. "One would hope." He rumbled in his deep, kind voice. "As one's offspring are the flowers of the future..."

Juliet had noticed the stallion get lost in thought for a short period and remained silent. When he looked back to her and spoke, she flicked her small tail lightly. "Flowers of the future? What do you mean?" She asked with a thoughtful, yet curious tilt of her head.

Sibalto smiled and playfully nibbled at the crest of mane she had yet to grow to a silken length. "A foal is but a bud, the promise of the adult to come... You will be a flower amongst a field of Soquili, but only if you are tended to... And love is part of that, delightful Juliet..."

The small filly chuffled softly, much like her father did when he was happy or at least content. At his words, she blinked a bit, trying to take it in. "I think I understand what you are saying... it might take me until I'm bigger though to really understand it."

"You are far more mature than other foals I have met..." He offered with a smile. "For most foals would demand to know now, or insist they understood... And yet you step back and say that if you do not understand it now, you will when you are older... I would dearly like to meet your parents some time little one... They are fortunate to have a daughter like you..."

Juliet smiled and shifted into a large bow before the stallion. "I thank you very much for your kind words. As for my parents, I'm not sure if you can meet my mother, but I can bring you to see my father if you wish it." She told him as she rose from her polite gesture.

Sibalto smiled and bobbed his head in an answering bow. This filly was quite elegant in her manner of speaking and being... He would find it most interesting to meet whatever members of her family he might. "That would be a fine meeting." He smiled. "But I wouldn't want to inconvenience him... Perhaps you could request a meeting when he was free to meet a stranger..."

"You wouldn't in... incon... you wouldn't bother him at all." Although she was quite well in speaking, there were still some words she still couldn't say. It didn't bother her much, she knew she will get them eventually. "I'm sure he wouldn't mind at all."

Sibalto smiled and nodded. "Very well then Lass... Shall we go see him? I'm at your disposal..." He tilted his head at her, eyes dancing. Oh how he wanted to make a family with his mate... A daughter would rule his heart....

With a nod, Juliet turned and headed off in the direction her father was last in. Hopefully, he hasn't wandered off and if he did, hasn't ventured too far.
Luckily for his daughter, Tohopka didn't stray too far. Just because he seemed to not care, didn't mean he'd let one of his first children just wander off without some attendance. So, he was underneath a tree, enjoying the shade, looking up for her location every now and then.

Sibalto followed at a gentle walk, eyeing the land around him. He hadn't been in this area of the woods, so he could hardly limit his curiosity. Soft white flowers bloomed in a tree above, and he reared to pluck one from its branch, dropping it into the filly's hair. "Is that your father, just ahead?" He asked as he spotted the distant tiger stallion.

Juliet continued forward, smiling when she saw that her father had stayed in his last position he was previously in. Feeling something against her mane though, she looked back and noticed him putting a flower in it. "Why thank you very much Sir Sibalto. As for your question, yes it is." She replied before cantering off to meet him.
"Father of mine, I have returned to you and I brought company."
Hearing movement not too far from him, Tohopka's orange eyes glanced up to see what it could be. Catching sight of his daughter, he shifted to greet her. When she mentioned having brought company, he glanced up once again and saw the other stallion. With nothing said, he bowed his head in greeting.

Sibalto smiled. "You are most welcome, Lady..." He rumbled and watched her canter up to her father with amusement fluttering through him. The stallion greeted his daughter then faced the newcommer, no words spoken, just a courteous bow. "Good Day Sir." Sibalto offered with a bow. "I'm Sibalto, and while wandering I stumbled across your delightful daughter... She had such fine manners I though I might meet her family and commend you for raising such a jewel..."
