Well, this year is my second(although it should be my third) year of attending Otakon! Well, yay me here! And I decided to go and Cosplay this year! Now I'm going as your stereotypical Anime teacher.

Well I already have most of the outfit!
The skirt, dress shirt, glasses and heels(I may change that) along with stockings are what I have already although I am trying to acquire something I see all female anime teachers with!
This sweater vest of sorts!
The article of clothing she's wearing in the panel on the bottom right corner is what I'm trying to find. Is it a sweater vest, does it have a specific name...help would be lovely! Please and thank you!
