you can do this through programmed energy..... tell the energy what you want to change

and for electrokinesis: feel the electric energy been sucked into you, feeling your self becoming charged with this energy and the hairs on your body standing up until your at your limit and then vizualize arching out in a bolt.....that should do it.... energy is only bound by your imagination...
