Here is where we shall try to bring general growth of the future minions, where their inner villian should begin to spawn.
We will need a list of requirements for new recruits, and we need to spread the word.
Here we should screen them, train their minds, and possibly give missions that fit their skills.
If we start an army, we need the different ranks, and decide how they advance.

The army grows and already we have a enemy among the villains in gaia

not just him others have sent me messagges the point is that we are being noticed

We will always have inactive people in the guild but I think that it would be better if we could get people to join

Why not add a new announcement saying that Each member needs to go to a subforum and join up there...

This is how i picture things ....
Minion- Lowest level, a villan in training,
Battle Chiefs- People that have proved by wining several missions (on RP, other stuff that might come up related to contests guild related), and wars, that they are natural leaders and potencial Villans to be remembered;
Villans- The real deal, they got the experience and are hard bones to chew!
Legends - from the most sucessfull Villans and up to the Guild captain and Vice captains.
This people are gods of EVIL!

For each person a sig telling his/hers ranking.
Minions and wrchiefs get generic sigs telling what they are.
Villans and above get personalized sigs.
