In the lair, we should have a med bay of some sort. I mean yes its nice and good but if we get injured in a training session, we could die, and our evil intentions as well, so in order to do evil we must do good and save someone

lab- for our EVIL scientists.
Torture Chamber- for our hostages
War room- to plan wars and war tactics once we go on the field.

get some necromancer (doens't need to be a real persson on RPG) to ressurect our dead.....
Or how are you thinking to justify the people that die on rps to come back from the dead? cool

the training room has a spell to colect the spirit of the dead then we repair the body and put the soul back in.
This is done by my minions(

Sprry but is that I had a Lich character some time ago and I used it too much on roleplaying...
Now I get adicted sometimes.
