This is another finnish band I quite like. As far as I know they come under power metal but don't be deterred by that. I shall post links and whatnot at a later time ^^

My best friend loves them but wont lend me her CD's with the excuse that I wouldn't like them... I was the one who got her into Finnish metal!
I like the little I've heard of them, I should really find out more.

Hehe Yay ^^ I like their artwork too. as far as reccomendations go I would suggest 'Dont Say A Word', 'Wolf & Raven', 'Replica' and 'Black Sheep'. I want the Roland AX-7 which is the keytar used in the 'Dont Say A Word' video

They're lyrics are a bit cheesy, but half the time, I don't pay attention to the lyrics. xD
I really love their sound. I got their 'For The Sake Of Revenge' for Christmas last year... oh boy. mrgreen They're AMAZING live.

Edit: I have to say, I quite liked that one. The solo was really great, and the lyrics were interesting.

yes, they are melodic power metal.
about 95% of their songs are all written and composed by Tony Kakko(the frontman), who happens to be one of the sexiest men alive right now. they recently hired another keyboard/key-tar player before they recorded Unia and do some of the most amazing covers you will EVER hear.
lyrics are not cheesy. they are heartfelt and true.
i throuroughly enjoy SA's music. another part about their style that i like is they can make a depressing song (lyrically) but, have a nice up-beat and happy instrumentalization of it, which is very hard to pull off for anyone...
also, in b4 they suck

Now that's a weird song not that weird did you actually pay attention to the lyrics? it tells a story.. and the story is clearly layed out in the lyrics. beautiful song though.

Yeah I listened to em ^^ To me its like someone desperate to be famous or seeking some kind of false fame. I like the way the song shifts characters from the boy to the puppet master
