Err... not really sure if it's okay to post a tutorial, me not being a mod and all. But hell, I'll learn if they tell me not to. XD; I can't find a good hosting site for really large images, so I'm linking you guys to my deviant art version. That's pretty cute. I don't like the bottom of the mouth overlaping the head shape, but it's cute nonetheless.
Do you happen to know of a place I can find reference for all the little facial expression effects, ie. teardrops, veins, crazy sketchy eyes when angry, so on?

WTF-chan- Lol... sorry about that. I get carried away, and over-explain my wierdness. It's not too difficult to understand under all that, but it helps if you can already draw regular people and you can read quickly. o_o;
