" If I get a brother I'm not sharing my room with him. I don't wanna share a room with anyone but I won't share with a boy" Del said calmly as she walked beside her father. He'd invited her to come along and meet her new sibling and she was semi excited becuase in many ways this started a new phase of her life.
" Yes yes, You , Echo, Hazard and Fade can have your own room, if needed I'll sleep on the couch." Malen had no intention of placing any child in a room filled with one large baby dragon and two small mini palm length dragons. Del was used to them but someone just starting life didn't need that sort of shock.
Carefully he retreaded the path from the night before and lead Del around the long unending wall to the small unnoticable shop front. Entering he called out cheerfully. " Hello there."

Nikita looked up from his book (for once, not tapping away at his laptop), and offered a nervous smile at the people who had just entered.
"Good morning..."
And they needn't look far for the boy: The wasabi child was already in the room. Apparently, Nikita had been babysitting - although far more gracefully then Dmitriev had been with the kid he had been stuck with.
"This is the Sylph..."
Currently nameless.
(Basically, you control him now ^^ )

Said Sylph was running his fingers over his teeth and ignoring everyone in the room.
Del eyed her new sibling with amusement. Clearly he wasn't all that bright if he was biting his fingers, still he was younger than her by a few years and her father had said they weren't exactly normal children. That and she shouldn't judge him yet she hadn't even met him.
" What's your name?" She asked approaching slowly and letting her tail sweep back and forth just above the floor.
Malen smiled " Same to you and thanks." he said before turning to wait for the boy's answer.
The Wasabi sylph shrugged " No name."
Both Malen and Del blinked then turned to Nikita for an explanation.

"Oh - um...we leave them nameless, so that the guardians can choose."
It was the guardians kid, after all; it just happened to not see them at first. So, it was rather like a newborn not being named until many hours after being born: unusual. Nikita wasn't about to argue that it wasn't.
But it was the higher ups decision - although he thought that it wasn't so much because they wanted to give the guardians the chance, as they didn't want to bother naming them.
He shifted awkwardly on the stool. Nikita wasn't about to tell him his own musings on it...

Malen just shook his head but smiled " Ok kid we'll rectify the name thing in a bit lets just get the official stuff out of the way first." That said he returned his attention to Nikita " So what exactly do I need to do now."
Having responded to being addressed with a simple nod the Wasabi Sylph returned to examining his teeth his his fingers and ignoring the world at large.
Del remained silent and let her gaze flicker between her new brother and the adults. Why did she have to be the only girl?

"Well..."
The paperwork was pretty much all taken care of - he just needed to get the child's name; but that could wait. They'd probably want to give it some thought. So, since that was taken care of, Nikita moved onto more pressing matters...
"We'll need to assign you t-to an apartment. Do you have any preferences..?"
Had he given this one a tour? Nikita couldn't remember.

" Hmm I'll need whatever can fit the three of us plus a currently large dog sized dragon bound to get quite bigger and two palm length dragons going to stay about the same size" Malen smiled, probably not the hardest request to fill as it wouldn't be all that unusual on Gaia. Then again it still probably wasn't the first type of apartment that one thought of.

Nikita was still pausing over those dragons, wondering briefly if he'd need to request fireproofing in the apartment he assigned to them. He'd consider that in time, if need be.
Placing his book down, and opening up his laptop, he began to check what apartments were available that would be large enough. The really nice ones were too small, it seemed like...ah, but there was one! It was decent, but large enough.
"Ah, here's one..." Turning the laptop to show to Malen, it displayed room spec's and so forth.

Malen looked over the information on the laptop and nodded " It looks good to me." The apartment would suit his and his children's needs and their pet's just fine.
Fingering his braid as he waited for a reply he watched his as of yet unnamed son. The boy seemed content to ignore the word in favor of what had to be a rather painful experience. Later he'd have to figure out why he was doing that.

"Alright, then, ah...I suppose I'll get you a k-key and show you to it."
That was all that was left to take care of for now, after all; there was nothing else that the guardian had to take care of at this moment. Nikita stood up then, and began sorting through a keychain he had in his pocket; after a bit of rummaging, he pulled off a key that had a tag on it, reading the apartment number.
"This is your key...you can get a sp-spare made, if you'd like."
There was actually already a spare; but Divinity kept a key to every apartment.
