There is a very high chance that this is a hacked pokemon, so even though I have the Tm you dream of I will not trade you it for it.

Because, Its not right. You effortly hacked this pokemon, and hackings not right. So there.

What else do you have that is Legit and high-leveled? by high-leveled i mean around 40-60-ish. Give me a list if possible. And as regards to that person taht says hacking is wrong, what if it is for a pokemon that you can't get?
