___Now no-one will get lost with this amazing bit of information for us all. Ever wondered what has changed since you were last here? Or has an RP been removed or started? Then look no further!
This whole tread is dedicated to the people who want to make this guild a better place by putting notes down on what is going on and what's been changed.
___The Crew and Captain will post here when they have completed certain tasks to let us know when a forum is open or when something needs to be changed.
___Crew please remember that you only post updates and what you plan to do in the guild. RPs can be also put in here, when they are started so people can see it. It shall be locked to other members, only the crew and members who are doing things can use it. So...Drayal and such can use it because they are classed as crew yet don't have the status on the guild.
Only crew post here, sorry.

The Village - I developed the tavern because people like to have an area to just chat about anything and everything. It's not been constructed for spam, and it won't be tolerated in any other area of the guild either.
Historical Archives - Anything about history before the 20th century, including: renaissance, medieval and ancient.
Fantasy Conference - Was created to work like the Gaia ED. This sub-forum is for in-depth discussions about fantasy, including debates if need be (as long as there are no insults, foul language and general all-round offence).
The Role-playing Hall - This speaks for itself. A fantasy world is in development and anyone is welcome to contribute to it. There's an area to post character profiles in, along with a thread to make suggestions in.
Theatre & Galleries - Has been created for anything related to fantasy/historical theatre, performances, balls, parties, and fashion.
Portal - Interdimensional discussions, teleportation, and anything relating to other planes of existence/dimensions.
Arena - Contests, shows, games.
Catacombs - For the dark side of fantasy, the supernatural and the undead.
Writer's Circle - For those who are writers in the fantasy/historical genres. Talk about your ideas, ask for help, try to find clarity for your work etc... It's better than the general Gaia WF!
The Chapel - For the light/divine side of fantasy. Talk about deities, angels, ethereal beings and planes, etc...

The Role-playing Hall is now under way in its development. Members can now create role-plays and take part in the existing Dragon of Gold Inn.
I intend to allow members to develop their own areas as long as they're relevant, and that we are to be informed of updates to different areas of the map so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

PMing Members - Members who are inactive for a while or who have hardly any posts on the guild will be sent a pm asking why they are no longer active and also stating what we have going on in the guild.
If you recieve one of these and are a Crew Member or are on holiday I am sorry for sending you one, must of over looked you. Some people will recieve them tonight and the others over the next few days. I will be covering this little matter.

Ok... Umm... Since I'm new to this sort of thing you'll have to bear with me here.
Monday, July 16 2007:
Came around and saw a thread that didn't belong to "The Foyer" and so I moved it to the tavern. I also managed to check out some other threads and even though I wanted to check out the marketplace, I still have no real ideas on how to run my avatar store just yet. Once I do I'll come back for it.
I wonder if this is kind of template for an entry is acceptable or not...

Friday 20th July - Been browsing the guild forums on gaia, looking for people. Made two threads showing that we are recruiting for people.
Hopfully we have some new people if they read things.

Contests: Started trying to develop the system for contests last night, but I ended up getting confused as to how it could work. I'll need some people to run the contests, even if others create them. I just means that people who are part of the contests team oversee and administrate what's going on and come up with most of the rules and how it works etc.
Hypno, I believe contests were your idea in the first place right? PM me if you can be a part of that team and even the team leader maybe.

I checked a few threads and PMed a member for inactivity. I also entered a birthday in the thread and I was going to PM more members to help out Dragoon_Arcadia but I just ran out of time online. I'll have to come back tomorrow. sweatdrop
And yes Mel, it was my idea. I suppose I could do something at that sub-forum but some other day. mrgreen

I'll be adding some FAQs to the storeroom soon. I think that's where they'll be best kept. I just ask and hope that members use them.

I've added three archives to the storeroom: gaming, writer's resources and music. Crew members can post their own archives within these threads. Each section should be labelled and not be an entire page long. If you have a lot of info, split them into other posts. You decide how long your posts need to be though. If there is already a section for the information you have, edit the post that has it in and enter the new information.

Storeroom Update: I've been working on doing some of the archives in the storeroom. It'd be great if some of you guys could add to them occasionally as well, as I probably don't know quite a few places that you do.

New RP: In the Role-playing hall, there are three new RPs being sorted out. The Tower (don't remember the name.) Pirates cove (or hut or whatever it's called) and another Tavern and Inn called "The Silver Falcon" Now I don't know when they will be up, but for the new Inn, I need people to start taking jobs for me.
So PM me your profile, with a pic of the character and I will get to work, just like Jen has done.

I would have done this last week but a thunderstorm knocked out the power around here for a bit so I couldn't keep up what I was doing.
