I absolutely love the Fatal Frame/Project Zero series, grins
With only a camera as a weapon you are trying to unravel the mysteries in a disturbing environment filled with ghosts that will suck the life out of you if you're not careful.
Spending hour after hour playing it wasn't very good for my health either, I kept seeing ghosts out of the corner of my eyes, rofl
So is it addictive? Ha, to me it is and I will keep playing it till my heart stops from fright!!! mrgreen

just thought to mention...that if you havent played a 1st person shooter...your not a gamer...but dont get me wrong, other games are good too...i guess...

Pff, 1st person shooters are fine, but there are other neat games out there - especially with the MMO wars going on. Personally, MMORPGs are my favorite. Especially exciting when they bring Conan or Star Wars into them!! For instance, coming soon - the Conan MMO with an all new battle system WOOO! MINE!!
But I think Kaelthorn will know what I mean when I say strategy games are just... epic... the armies we used to construct of just waves after waves of cheap little men and RUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH, basically a red mass from our base spreading all the way down to the enemy, without gaps! My old computer crashed so many times from that. rofl

but i will still choose a good 1st person shooter over them anyday

hmmm, so basically what you're saying is that even though I spend what, about 60 hours or more on one game I am not a gamer because it's not a shooter????

I, personally, cannot stand first person shooters. I hate that feeling of that you don't even know what's behind you. Now, as sad is it may seem, Resident Evil 4 was my first shooter game, as I'm more of an RPG and platformer person. I prefer third person, though.
And don't even get me started on Myst.
