Has any anime ever made you cry? Or at least made you think in a whole new manner?
Kingdom Hearts really isn't an anime, but it's close O__x And sometimes after I think about scenes in the game, I get really into it and then I get upset about it. Be it mad, sad, or just determined to figure out the meaning of it all.
Has an anime done this to you before? =o

i had cried in lots of anime (more likely in all of them)
for example:
the end of fullmetal alchemist was very sad. i mean Ed dies then Al decides to revive him sacrifices himself then Ed does the same and gladly when Al woke up he was in his old body so it was like anything that they did ever happened to him so he didn't sacrifice himself again -.-;
well since i dont want to spend all the time talking about other things that happened i will just say the anime that made me cry in some point:
Naruto.
Pita ten.
Pokemon... urgh... i cant remember more... but aside of that there is a character which made a new and better self out of me: Hyuuga Hinata! her motivation motivates me (lol)

Oh yeah. Lots. To name a few:
FF7 (even with KH as far as I'm concerned)
Kingdom Hearts
Xenosaga (not anime either, but just as emotional for me)
Naruto
Samurai 7
Wolf's Rain
Dazzle
I almost always cry when rewatching the eps. of Naruto where Haku and Zabuza die. And in Samurai 7, the whole deal that regardless of what happens, you have to keep going. Dazzle...that manga has so many different circumstances; it's taught me quite a bit. And Wolf's Rain...that's kind of a duh. ^^;

um well Haibane renmei, really moved me with its plat and I just love the reki. after watching it I felt so close to reki. but just watching it, reminded me of the way/s that lovely things are made. I know this sounds weird.
also one piece. It makes me smile so hard sometimes, and cry so much some times. its lovely in its own way.

Fruits Basket has made me cry a few times.
So has Inuyasha, FMA, DN Angel. that's all i can think of right now.

alot of the things tohru said made me think a lot.
also the little poem thing in the front of bleach always make me think.
my favs. are from vol 3, and 15

Princess Tutu got me good if anyone has ever seen it
I am reading Dazzle and agree with you Momochaos
Fruits Basket got me as well
Naruto got me a few times
Petite Princess Yucie got me really good, I cried because I thought the episode before the last one WAS the last one and it was really sad crying
I cried when Misty left on Pokemon
and the first manga that ever made me cry was Card Captor Sakura (spoiler in white) when Syoran told Sakura how he felt and
that he was moving away

Wow, someone else who reads Dazzle... o_o
I've only ever met maybe five people who even know what it is!
The circus ringleader was strange...like you can sympathize with her over her whole deal, but at the same time what she did to the other kids is so disgusting you end up not quite sure what to think of her. Well, being I don't want to get too off subject, I'll go open a Dazzle thread in Etc. ^^

oh when the 3 hokage died was so sad.
oh in one piece[slight spoiles...] when teh sank the going merry and when Luffy and usspo fought... and teh chapter after nico robin's past..^-^

Yeah, when the Third Hokage died it was sad. But at least he died somewhat happy - I mean, he thought he'd saved his village and he could still picture Orochimaru as his student.
I find it interesting how they pick such strange animals for the familiars...snake, toad, monkey, pig...I mean, they fit the story and characters, but really when you think about it it's kind of an peculiar combination...
