Lately I've been wondering this. What is the relationship between Nathan and Lily. I think I know it but i'm not sure. Reply with your thoughts.

Aren't they cousins?
Because Lily's father is not Dan so she can't be his half sister like Lucas is his half brother.
Her father is Keith, who is Nathan's uncle which would make Lily his cousin. :]

Lily is (Don't highlight and read on if you don't want to know what happens toward the end of Season 4) Karen and Keith's daughter, Lucas' baby sister, Nathan's cousin, and Haley's cousin-in-law. Oh, and Dan's niece too.
She was born toward the end of Season 4 in episode 420 - The Birth And Death Of Today.

How weird do you think it was for him to know that his brothers mom was having his baby cuz? I'd think that was weird..... so lily is what to nathan and hailey's baby?

Luke's nefew / godson.
Nathan's son.
Dan and Deb's grandson.
Keith's Great nefew.
And Lily's ....... second cusin?
.. and wouldnt lily be luke's half sister / cousin? on account of keith being
her dad? gawd... this is as bad as my mom's
soap operas...
