Can I post a smaller version of my Gaia shop?

Why not? Make it a chain! BE THE FIRST GAIAN MCDONALDS.

What about Pricing?

When you start out, don't make your shop too expensive. People won't buy from you until they know how you can perform. A good base price for art shops is 400 gold. As you get more and more customers (including regulars), increase the price.
