There is no stress. All Anzer Pex words are monotone by default... It's a cultural thing involving preference of preserving pronunciation (alliteration!!) over quicker speech.

When Anzer Pex speakers do add stress, it's usually first syllable, but some regions prefer the penultimate or terminal syllable; it's all a matter of preference and audible aesthetics. Just give it equal stress on all three syllables like a Japanese word to be on the safe side.
