I've been going for the past few years now and am going again tomorrow to see Anthony Daniels. Right now I have to get ready for a job interview thingie so I'll post all my stories about it later. Does anyone else go?

Oooh!

I can't say I have. ^^ But my cousin went to Disneyworld earlier this year, and told me her son really liked the Star Wars stuff. ^^

Here is this years story. What a fiasco.
Ok so Firday I went to Star Wars Weekends for the fifth time. I skipped last year due to no one being there that I wanted to see, but I have previously met Billy D. Williams, Jeremey Bulloch, Jake Lloyd, Peter Mayhew, Warwick Davis, and the guy that played Nien Numb(can't remember his name). This year I went to see Anthony Daniels.

Usually I wake up at like five in the morning to get to Disney by seven to be one of the first in line. When the gate opens at nine it's a mad dash to the fastpass station to get your autograph pass, and only so many are given out. In the past I had gotten them, some times just barely. So this being my fiftth trip I thought I had it down. WRONG!

They changed it on me! @$#% Appearently people got hurt during the 'Mad Dash' to the fast pass station. Get there by seven, wait in front of gate while dad waits for ticket booth to open, run like hell when the gate opens. Well, this year they decided to have a seperate entrannce line for Star Wars weekends and it was already moving and the ticket booth doesn't open 'til like eight! I waited in line while my dad went to the bathroom, he came back with tickets and when I got back from my pee break he rushed me over to the other lines. I had a feeling I was in the wrong place.

They had one line for each celebrity and one for merchandise. We ended up in the back of the Anthony Daniels line with few people behind us. I knew we weren't going to get a pass. We got number 52 out of 60 standbys, which means you are not guanreed an autograph. I had to wait in line at every autograph session to see if my number was called. Fat chance of that happening. By the end of the second session people were coping out and giving their numbers to others who had lower numbers, then they passed theirs on to others, and so on. I ended up jumping to 38, but I was so hot I practically had Heat Exaustion. O had to sit in the shade for a bout an hour 'til the next signing.

After an hour of waiting they went to call standbys. Another girl I had been talking to this whole time had 47, and jumped to 28 when someone gave her an extra pass. (People were getting passes for everyone in their family, like little kids that had no idea what the hell was going on.) The park employeee aka cast member said anyone under 30, I only had a few more numbers to go, then "That's it" I almost threw a fit. Luckily my dad pushed me in line and the guy didn't notice. The other employees didn't care. Then he comes back and askes me what number I have. I quickly lied and said "29". Phew! I was through after 12 staright hours of being up, I got my autograph. If I hadn't, they would have had one mad fan on their hands.
