Abar-eadhainThe Celestial pack lurks in Abar-eadhain forest, a rather large and ancient place. Their layer is located in the branches of a huge ancient tree said to be created by the goddess of creativity for her favorite wolves. Many cave like holes are weaved into the trunk of this tree for the wolves to live in. Sacred TreeSacred TreeThis is basically a hang out thread for you to meet wolves of the pack. There were more here now... He could feel it. The young pup let out an inaudible sigh as he neared the Sacred Tree, upon the land that Trent ruled. He wasn't into the field where it stood, yet still he could feel it's power, see glimpses of it through the leafy canopy of the trees dwarfed by it's size. It was only noon-time, and technically he should've been back at the tree by now, since he'd started out before dawn. Mistoffelees had been on the search for more silver for his new role as a pyro wolf, for the supply that the alpha had wouldn't last forever. The bowl itself that he was given to mix the ingredients in was tucked safely into his own personal niche in the tree, one of the higher ones of the goddess' gift, the entrance to such hidden in the leafy canopy.
In his maw he held a rabbit, it's eyes wide and forever open and watching the word fearfully. The bunny's neck was limp, the creature's body drooping and it almost touched the ground in the small pup's grasp. The food pile was getting low, and he might as well help, even though it was a hunter's job to do so...
So much different now... He hadn't been with Trent long, but only a little while after he began to feel comfortable, there started to be...others there. Thankfully they'd never seen him, he'd done all in his way to make it so. Padding past the line of trees and into the area around the Sacred Tree, Mistoffelees started towards the den where he and Trent'd spent the first night, hoping there wouldn't be any bloody foxes trying to steal their food again.

Boreas awoke late in the day, having been out late the night before scouting out the area. The spy stretched his hind legs out behind him lazily and opened his mouth in a big yawn, letting his tongue curl out. Shaking himself a little to rid his fur of the past night's dirt, Boreas padded softly to the entranceway of his den in the Sacred Tree, his tail swishing behind him as he sniffed the morning air.
Looking up at the sun's position in the sky, Boreas corrected himself. Afternoon air. He really hadn't meant to sleep so late.
Ah well. He would have to make up for it by helping out as much as he could in the pack today. Although his job was to spy out what was happening in the neighboring packs, Boreas was one of the swiftest wolves in the Celestial Pack and he could put his skills to use in hunting, although he didn't have the muscle to bring down any large prey. He would go to Trent and see if there was anything that needed doing.
Boreas padded out of his den and hopped up to the platform of roots above him, sniffing the air. As a rather important and high-ranking member of the pack, Boreas had procured one of the nicer dens up higher in the Sacred Tree. Of course, there were those above him, but it was only a short climb to Trent's den, and so he headed up.
Before he reached it, however, the spy heard soft footfalls and caught a scent in the air. Following his natural instinct, Boreas hopped over a root and hid himself behind it, watching the pathway intently to see who was there.
To his surprise, it was a little black-and-white pup that padded by, carring a rabbit in its jaws and heading toward Trent's den. Boreas had never seen this pup before, but he had a familiar scent to him, so he assumed he had been around, just somewhere unseen.
Boreas smirked to himself. Well, he couldn't stay unseen for long with him as a spy. The blue wolf prided himself on his ability to find others, especially when they didn't want to be found. Rising from his hiding place behind the root, Boreas slunk silently after the pup until he reached a distance where he could easily hop over him and --
With a soft thud Boreas landed in front of the pup, a bemused smile on his face. "I haven't seen you around before, kid. Trying to keep a low profile? You can't hide from me." Hiding a smirk, the blue wolf bowed his head slightly to the pup in a form of greeting. "I'm Boreas, spy. And you are...?

Trent had not been in his den that morning. No he was in the branches of the sacred tree, not to far from his den doing his favorite pass time, poetry. It was his one and only true passion besides the pack. He loved the sounds of words from the heart and nature. His poetry was never written though. He kept it locked up in his heart. Only a few wolves knew of Trent's secrete passion. If a wolf was to see Trent lying on the branch, it would seem as if he was only meditating.
His train of thought was lost causing his expression to drop some. Now what was with these voices in the middle of the day? Slowly getting to his feet he treaded over and looked down. Below him right in front of his den he found Boreas and Misto.
Strange, he hadn't seen much of Misto for a few days. A rabbit was in his mouth. So the pup was good at fending for him self, that made the alpha pretty happy even though he already knew this fact. Trent worried about all the well being of his pack, though he never showed it. It made him happy to see that they were just fine on their own. It was a comfort.
His mind switched over to the spy, Boreas. Leave it to a spy of an assassin's pack to be able to find someone as quiet as Misto. Trent was quite impressed. He watched from the tree tops to see what they were up to. His wondering had gotten the best of him.

As he came towards the tree's trunk, he smelt something above the blood and carcass right under his nose. Something, different. He suppressed a growl despite himself, keep walking and ignore him. Yet, the wolf's scent drew nearer, and Mistoffelees couldn't help but feel the fur p***k upon the back of his neck. As the strangely furred wolf jumped clear over the skinny pup, he stopped in his tracks, in one fell swoop dropping the game and pushing it under his body protectively with a paw. His fur was standing up on end in both annoyance and surprise, the wolf sizing up the selfly-proclaimed Boreas with a stare.
This wolf was blocking his way. He had half a mind to tell him off, but thought better of it. His days alone hadn't prepared him as the best to converse, so rather than stay and chat the shy pup would rather hole himself up and work on finding more silver. Mistoffelees moved back a step, picking up the rabbit and began to skitter quickly his way around the larger wolf, avoiding his question.

Misto was acting pretty cold towards Boreas. Trent was not surprised though. Misto was the kind of wolf to be cold towards others, thats just how he was. It was quite amusing to watch from the safe shade of the tree. The two wolves so different in their personalities interacting. Quite amusing indeed.
The wind kicked up brushing past Trent's sash giving it the ghostly appearance that it had a will of its own when indeed it did not. Trent leaped down from his branch landing behind Boreas with out the slightest thud. He was good at making a secrete entrance. He calmly pawed over to Boreas and stood beside him not being noticed yet. Waiting for the right moment. Waiting, to make it perfect.
"Nice catch," He finally said after a good pause of time. His voice was calm and soothing but it seemed like he had appeared out of thin air. Trent loved having other wolves react to his sneaky entrances. It gave him a smile on the inside.

Phoenix yawned as he gazed out from his den in the tree. He had an odd den. It was perched inside one of the branches of the tree, so it was slightly out of the way but still higher up. He liked it that way, so then other wolves were less likely to come snooping if they were curious of the fireworks he was plotting.
He had been watching as Mr. Mistoffelees had been creeping towards the tree. He had almost gone unnoticed from his gaze if it hadn't been for the smell of the rabbit and Boreas brightly colored fur. He had chuckled to himself as the spy had jumped over the little pup.
He got up as he watched Misto skitter past the other wolf. He walked out of his den and along the branch, keeping a close eye on the little pup. 'We should have a chat about the fireworks.' He thought with a nod. "Misto!" He called out to the pup, hoping he wouldn't scamper off.

Boreas chuckled softly at the little black and white wolf's overly protective attitude towards him. "Don't worry, kid, I'm not going to take your rabbit." The blue wolf raised his eyebrows curiously as the shy one skittered around him.
"Nice catch," he heard someone murmur from next to him, causing him to start slightly and turn to face the newcomer, a smirk on his face. "Hello Trent," he said, eyeing the alpha wolf out of the corner of his eye and bowing his head slightly in deference to Trent's position. "I'm lucky you're the only one who can sneak up on me like that, or I'd be pretty useless, eh?" Boreas smirked slightly and eyed Mistoffeles, who had continued on his rather skittish path up the sacred tree. "Rather quiet one, that kid, isn't he?" The blue and yellow wolf murmured to Trent.

Misto's ears twitched lightly as he heard a thump behind him, scenting past the rabbit the familiar odor of Trent, the strange poetic alpha. Yes, he'd seen the older wolf high in the trees, and though to some it'd seem to be another pass-time, the pup knew enough about culture from his old pack to understand what one was doing like that. He turned at the blue tribal-furred male's comment, giving him a nod of recognition and thanks, since it was quite hard at the moment, and also much too crowded for his likes, to speak such.
The male'd gotten ever closer to Trent's fresh-kill den when he heard someone calling his name. His nick-name. How in the world anyone besides Trent had learned of that or even his full name was a wonder, but he guessed that the alpha had been conversing with other wolves. Why was it today when everyone decided to bother him? None-the-less, the whelp turned his head skyward, towards an oddly-colored other pack-mate of his, whom he'd never seen or heard of. What did he want?

Trent gave a nod at Boreas. Trent was one to be on the quiet side too, he supposed that was why he had taken such a liking to Misto. A cleaver wolf indeed. Even though he enjoyed his time alone, Trent understood and only bothered him when it was urgent.
"That is true," and it was, Boreas was one of the sneakiest of spies. A prized wolf to be had in the pack indeed. His talents came naturally to him. A good ally.
"Ah Phoenix," Trent began with a friendly smile. "You and Misto working hard this year eh?" He gave a smile to both. "Misto this is Phoenix, a pyro wolf like your self." He knew Misto would not be happy to find out he had a partner. But Phoenix was a serious wolf. He knew the two would get along, that was if Misto would open up some.
