Personality: Cool, calm, collected. He seems almost detached but has very sharp wits and obviously cares for all living beings.
Abilities: Forms I Shi-Cho, III Soresu, and VII Juyo / Vaapad lightsaber combat. Rhel is a master of leaving no or few openings. Between his Soresu and Juyo battle styles he is a force to be reckoned with. He is great at making many swift tight attacks although he lacks in grand thrusts and finishing moves. His battles are often compared to a game of chess, precise, drawn out and calculated.

Theelin
The story of the Theelin is a tragic one. Once a noble and elegant race taken down by a mysterious plague that rendered them infertile within their own species. Theelin were known for their inate artistic abilities and are credited for most of the galaxy's masterpieces of artwork in all genres. In their last years they produced some of their most stunning works, as an epitome to their inevitable demise. The race was officially extinct in the year 10 ABY.
An illegal cloning operation run by some of scientists most infamous outlaws was brought to a hault by Rhel Rohana. These outlaws were cloning and engineering extinct and rare races to be sold into slavery for high prices. Once Rhel breached security the scientists began cutting life support to the clone tanks with the mind set that if they couldnt have them, no one could. Rhel was able to defeat these renegades and save the one clone that they did not get a chance to kill. Tu Liran.
