Oooo. I wonder where you got THIS idea from?
I guess I might as well tell o' story.
There was this one night, me and a good friend of mine were staying up really late at night. We were talkin back n' forth, but we heard weird noises coming from the stairs. We sort of ignored it, but then we peered down the staircase to make sure no one was coming up. Seeing no one, we shrugged and continued talking. Afterwards the door opened and then was shut. It was strange because no one was up at the time and didn't come near our room. It was the little girl that lives upstairs in our room. T__T

Creepy story. o-O
Often when my friends come over for the first time to spend the night, they'll see a little boy looking at them while they have food. Usually dry food. One time Evan was spending the night (she's a girl. >.>) and we were in the living room eating peanut butter and crackers. She looked into the other room and she saw a little boy in there and she freaked out and started whispering to me, "Cassie... I see a little boy in the other room... o-O" and I turned my head to look and he was gone. o-O
When Amanda came to spend the night she got some almonds from the kitchen and started bringing them upstairs and when she looked into the room next to the stairs (same room Evan saw the boy) she saw the same boy looking up at her. o-O
Claire said she saw him in a dream once. I've never seen him, I only used to hear typing in the work room next to my bedroom late at night. Whenever I called out to it, it would stop and start again later.

Yea. Same thing happened to me. This one time my sister thought she heard me calling her, so she went downstairs and asked me, and I said I didn't even go upstairs. She was kinda weirded out. oO

The Walmart here is supposedly built on top of an old graveyard (the bodies were moved of course). Weird things happen there.

I work in a cabin at a park during the night shift and the building complex behind us is haunted. 3:00 am regular every few nights we get laughter and/or a strange yell coming from the same location in the complex. One of my co-workers hunts ghosts as a hobby so he brought in his camera and got your standard ghost-orbs. He has other equipment but hasn't gotten to bringing them in yet. Aside from the noise we don't get any visual sightings so it's rather creepy to see orbs on a camera and know they're right surrounding you and you don't know where. They don't interact with us though.
Additionally there are supposedly four cemeteries in the park though we've only found two. One of them is on a main road which I've heard in a previous year someone saw a full body apparition cross the road right next to it. At the same cemetery my co-worker got orbs again but considering the bugs, weather, and lights around the park at the time I think those were a bit more questionable. We haven't got a chance to go back to do a more serious investigation yet.

Here's another work related one: my aunt used to work in a haunted department store that has a phantom night security guard. She met him one night when he was doing rounds and she was in an office doing paperwork alone. He told her he was just locking up and then left. The next day she asked her co-workers about it because as far as she knew they didn't have a security guard. Turns out he was an old but friendly regular ghost there from before their particular company owned the store.
