Well as I've stated I do not own many lolita outfits because I'm at such a disadvantage to obtain anymore. But moving on , I'm into lolita but my friends aren't exactly into it , but just as I did for Halloween last year I wore a rag doll lolita costume and they were impressed with it. So...I was thinking...maybe I could throw a Halloween Lolita Tea Party and get them to buy outfits and such and see how they like it. We all love tea time and baking so maybe this ploy might give them a chance to see how lovely this fashion truly is. :3

I do things like this for my birthdays.
Instead of forcing them to get lolita style stuff though, I get them to wear anything Victorian looking. Makes it easier on them and their wallets. :]

If you have trouble stuffing all of your friends into flouncy dresses, you could try doing the Victorian theme of a color tea-- ask everyone to come in shades of one color, and see what happens.

I just sent two of my friends links to Baby SSB and Angelic Pretty, with a translation site, and they were in love. They love cosplay so they are just going to 'cosplay' lolita and have tea parties with me.
