on the latest announcement saying that gaia was in the top 10 of the webware award thing- at the bottom of the announcement it said:
Upcoming features:
Battle System
Marketplace re-write
gah i wonder what that means for the marketplace? but the battle system will be here!

GPES on the latest announcement saying that gaia was in the top 10 of the webware award thing- at the bottom of the announcement it said: Upcoming features: Battle System Marketplace re-write gah i wonder what that means for the marketplace? but the battle system will be here!
I bet the marketplace will just get updated graphics, they will fix the wording so you can search lowest buy price on all items now and not get screwed and they may add a few small functions. razz So all in all if they do it that'll be great news for us, lets just hope they do it soon.
The Battle Arena should open up a plethora of new weapons which is even more good for us as exchangers and for my avatar. mrgreen The only question is, when should we expect this.

I'm hoping that the re-write will allow three-word searches again. It's a pain in the behind to have to sell Red Inks at less when what the lowest Ink price is and to have to wonder what the real price on Cans is.
But I think Lanzer had that in his sig for a bit now. I think the last con they went to had something about the re-write, or says the threads in the GCD a couple of weeks ago.

There was a preview for the new marketplace and also there was something about not having a front page anymore.
(last = death for catching misprices)

Arcangelo Gabriele the battle system will not be using the monthly collectible weapons as weapons. There was a preview for the new marketplace and also there was something about not having a front page anymore. (last = death for catching misprices)
That is kind of stupid that it wont then, they should use monthly collectibles and when they add the system open up a shop that carries store weapons and then every so often put a collectible out with a specialty weapon.
