...there is quite a bit of gold donated to the guild....and yet no one has even attempted to add some subforums....does that mean that people are wasting their time and gold by donating?........

Currently... yes. I been trying to get in touch with Wolf cat. Even one of the other mods said they knew her personally and would talk to her. But ive yet to hear a word back -_-

The whole problem we're having is that none of us can get to the gold.
At all.
And when we can, we'll be using it for subforums.
