Slender black legs moved across a carpet of vegatation. Plants of diffrent sizes, colors and structures littered the dense forest. Pushing grabby branches that she encountered, Banalina pressed through. Her mysterious eyes of silver blue, seemed interested at her surroundings. She fiddled with her small bell upon her chest, it sang everytime she moved it. Powder white fur covered her whole body, and a blue vest to match her eyes. Curls pulled back in a ponytail, a few strands escaped and teased infront of her. Pushing them back, her black ears swivled around as her lower body stepped over logs and bushes.
Banalina hadn't met many Taurs, and hadn't gotten to know any really well. She liked to observe others in diffrent predicaments. A natural charm about her, she managed to snag a few stares as she rarely passed travelers. Always equiped with a calm composure, she carried herself well, confidence in every stride and look. Lately she had hoped to meet others in a attempt to "make friends", though she found this unlikely. As nice as she was, she hid how she truley felt, wearing a ficticious mask of happiness and smiles.

Dark blue hooves that faded to dark chocolate brown legs moved gracefully through the underbush of the forest floor. Moving carefully as not to step on any growing tree Tarik pciked his way through the trees. As well using a strong arm he moved different branches out of his way so he could continue. As he walked he thought of all the taurs he met as a child. he'd seen half of them already, though the other half he wondered if he'd ever see them again. His strong willed mind kept reminding him this was a busy isle he'd run into them eventually.
Tarik moved through the forest, unknowingly he was following the female cervitaur that he had once met as a child. Looking foreward he moved a branch out of the way only to reveal the sheep looking taur ahead of him. His green gaze watched her for a second before the female's name came to him, "Bana-" he paused for a second remembering the rest of her name, "-Banalina?" He asked carefully hoping not to scare her as he stepped out from behind the branch so he'd be in full view if she turned to face him.

A soft wind blowing by her shoved dead leaves in it's path to whirl up in her face. Batting them away, her she turned towards a voice that seemed to have uttered her name. Eyes resting upon a handsome young male taur, Banalina cocked her head to the side slighty, and smiled politely.
Turning her whole torso towards the young fello, she leaned against her staff. A voice so soft and delicate came from her "Hello there?" she asked curiously. Fishing through her memory, this Cervitaur did not quiet register. Not having the best of memories of people, she simply acted poliet towards the buck.

Tarik walked towards the beautiful sheeptaur and stood a comforable distance away. "I see you cannot recall me. " he didn't mind at all. He himself had trouble recalling her himself. He was just lucky that she was one of hte few he remembered. "I'm Tarik." He offered her his name. His green eyes shone with a gentle strength as he wondered how this conversation would go. He stood there giving her his attention and having a polite smile in his face. The reason being he couldn't remember how she was. But then he realized, all that he pretty much knew about her was, well her name.

Her eyes keeping on his, unmoving, she simply smiled. He appeared to be kind enough, yet she wasn't sure about him. Not having had the chance to observe him, it made her curious to take not to this Taur. Taking in a mental picture of him, she began her investigation of this young Taur.
"Yes, I am sorry. I don't know very many taurs, and I'm not used to encountering many." she turned her head 'ashamed'. "Oh I'm so embaressed..how could I not know your name." to continue the act, she placed a graceful hand to her cheek. Secretly peeking back at him to see how he would react, she continued her current status.

He just shifted slightly to a more comfortable position. At her graceful hand movement Tarik didn't seem to change much at all, still keeping his gaze on whatever amount of hers he could. "it's alright." he said in his deep voice. In his mind he wondered if this was true or an act, which ever it was, it was cute. His mind decided as he paid attention for her next move. He was anylizing(sp?) her as well. He kept a cool, clam air about him as well, seeing how this would react, even though this was as he normally was.
His ears twitched as he heard a bird fly above them. Removing his gaze from her to watch the blue bird fly over them through the trees. It's gracefuly movements were so fluid-like, it flowed with each movement. Then her returned his gaze to Banalina.

Smiling to herself from his deep voice, she melted a little bit, from her fetish fer deep voices. Turning back to him, slightly, she moved some leaves around wit her front hoof. Seeming to not have attracted his attention that much, she fiddled wit her bell. Becoming bored with him, she frowned, and turned. How was she supposed to know what to say in this situation? Pushing a strand of glossy pale white hair from being in her face, Banalina began to inspect a nearby Weeping Willow tree. Where there were willows, there was water. Stroking the long slick branches, she cupped the ends in her hands. Her eyes strayed back to the interesting taur. She was disapointed by her failed attempt at getting his attention, but tried to brush it off.

Tarik watched Banalina as she fiddled with her bell. He loved the beautiful ringing sound that came from it. He smiled at her, "That's a beautiful bell you wear. It makes the most beautiful of jingling sounds." He admitted. He was actually falling a bit for her, but his strength kept him from falling too much. Though her interesting coloration and curly hair was adorable. He'd never seen a taur with that before. His eyes gave away the fact he did have a small crush on her, though to be sure he'd have to get to know her better.
He sent his green gaze to see the Weeping Willow she was looking at. "It's beautiful, just like y-" He stopped himself and mentally gave himself a big kick in the head. He didn't know if she liked him at all, though he knew his deep voice rang through the trees. Deep voices rang loud even if he tried to be quiet about it so he figured she kinda heard that, so he tried a mini cover-up. "like life." He muttered after hoping to drag her off his last comment.

Giggling to his compliment, she gazed back into his glistening emrald(sp) glowers. She looked up and down his torso swiftly, and turned away once again. Loose strands of her hair would be unruley, and flutter in front of her face. Ignoring them, she grasped her staff wit both hands, rubbing her fingure on it's smooth body. Tarik's deep voice made her tingle inside, making her smile to herself.
The Sun was setting, casting beautiful strokes of diffrent colors into ze clear nued sky.

Tarik smiled. He felt his cheeks go slightly warm as he figured she got his words. Looking up to see the Sunset the beautiful colors shone across the sky, "I've heard every color makes up the color white." He spoke. His deep voice cut through the calm air.
Then looking to see her and her curly hair escape her ponytail some, he couldn't help but think of how cute it made her look. They framed her precious(sp?) face well, as he noticed when he gazed into her grey-steelblue eyes. They were the perfect color for the white and black sheeptaur.

"Oh really?" She asked cutely, her eyes fluttered twice. Looking at her body, she stroked her soft deer back. The hand that smoothed down her coat, she noticed, matched the same color as her coat. Raising her hand to look at her palm, she pursed her lips, noticing how radiant she was. Simply smiling, she flicked her little tail, and curled up a hoof.
The Sun peeked over a row of evergreens, just as it began to dip down. It cast it's rays upon the further off lake. Willow's lined around the orange and lavander lake.

Tarik smiled at her movement. It looked like she never knew how raidiant she was, though she knew. "Yes, it's true." He could help but think of how cute the taur he was talking to was. As well so far her personality was cute and sweet, but he wasn't sure if that was all that was in her. He'd find out eventually he figured.
He was starting to get bored of standing there so he asked her, "Shall we go for a walk Light beam?" He called her that indicating the words before. THough as he said it he winked one emerald eye at her, showing her he was teasing her kindly. Then he wondered if he should offer her his arm. Not yet, she hadn't said she wanted to walk, a voice in his head reminded him.

As she turned to him, her bell cried out in a cherubic way. "Yes, that would be wonderful! I've never walked out after sunset before.."she said gently, and curiously. She walked softly to him, her hooves taking flowing steps. The Willow's long leaves brushed after her as she left them, seeming to call back to her.
She was begining to like this new Taur. She hadn't met many Taurs, but she could tell that he would be a great company. The setting sun cast a diffrent light upon him, accenting his dark fetures, and muscles. Giggling at the cute nickname he had bestowed upon her, she thought of a name to call him.

Tarik smiled. The lights also plaid with shadows on her, showing off the cuter features with more accent. He winked at her again then bending his arm correctly he offered her his arm. "Shall we walk Light Beam?" With that she stood there seeing if weither or not she'd take hia arm, he'd feel no hard feelings if not since it was kinda random and odd, but he didn't care. So he waited for the adorable sheeptaur to make the next move.

Hooking her arm under his, she accepted his offer. Their forearms linked, and their biceps touching, she could feel his warmth. Looking up at his face, she smiled, yet was intrigued by the ornamints upon his head. Pursing her lips once again, she became curious as to why he had some sort of stick arrangement on his head. Twitching her ears, she could picture her own bare head. "Yes, let us." she replied, still fasinated.
