This is the main town of Crystalia, set at the feet of The Core. The market place here is never quiet, everyone seems up and about. The shops here are endless, if you're looking for something you'll find it here. The weather is usually hot and breezy, making it a good vacation spot. The view of The Core from here is wonderful at night when the windows all light up. Many people in Crystalia choose to live here.

*Kaiori is doing her rounds of the town today. She's told it keeps the people in high spirits to see her up and about like normal. Personally she'd rather just go out on her own but she's constantly accompanied but her guards. Today she's on her favorite horse, a strawberry roan named Vix. Five guards surround her also on horseback. She waves and tries to look pleasant when really she wants to kick her horse into a gallop and get out of here.*

*On a quiet roof top is a figure wearing a large trench coat and a hat. Sitting back against the small ledge on the side of the roof, the man sets down his suitcase. From the suitcase, the man starts to assemble his rifle. This person was a renegade from the dark castle who'd taken it upon himself to try and end Lady Kaiori's life. This wasn't one of Sariel's cronies.... just a lone remnant from the old dark castle that had let desperation get the better of him. Now all that was left was to wait until the Lady and her guards came down the street, then the man would take aim*

*Kaiori is dressed in a silvery blue gown and a large white cape. Her silver crown sits heavily on her head and shines in the sun. She yawns from behind her hand trying to relax. She leans down and whispers to a guard.* How much longer till we turn back? *The guard sighs and calculates 20 more blocks or so. Receiving this news she pouts and swings back up in her saddle. This is horribly boring for her, just waving and smiling for hours on end. Putting on her best smile she continues at the leisurely pace set out by her guards. Her guards are on edge and their stallions show it by pacing to the side at random times and twitching their tails uncomfortably.*

*On roughly the 6th of the said 20 blocks Kaiori had to go, the gunman sees Kaiori's group coming down the street. Without a word, the man crouched low, stomach flat on the roof. Picking up the rifle, the man sets both hands on the gun and scoots near the edge of the roof. Lining up the cross hairs, the gunman takes aim at Kaiori's head, planning to take her out right between the eyes. A few precious moments pass and the man slowly squeezes the trigger. Unfortunately, this man was far from professional. A gust of wind picks up and blows the man's hat forward over his eyes. In surprise, the man jerks slightly and the fun fires. The shot rang out for a good several blocks. This man hadn't even put a silencer on his rifle. Because of the mess up, the shot was now roughly aimed for the upper part of the front leg of Kaiori's horse. Unless there was a sudden change in movement, the bullet probably wouldn't hit Kaiori at all*

*The bullet roughly skims the horse's leg as he jumps at the noise from the gun. Then Vix did what any normal horse would do in his situation. He took off full speed straight ahead not stopping for anything or anyone. Yelling curses kaiori holds on tight, she leans forwards and keeps her body loose with the horse's jagged bounding. Her cape whips off her neck and is swept up in the wind. The guards react quickly, shouting orders three climb up the building from the side stairs and try to restrain the man. A forth stands by to see if the man runs, while the fifth heads after the runaway horse.*

*Likewise, the man curses loudly and scampers to his feet in time to see the guards get onto the roof. Keeping the rifle in hand, the short, black haired main shakingly points the gun at the men. From the crazed look in the man's eyes, it's clear he was beyond desperation. Using his free hand, the man pulls out a large knife from his coat and holds it defensively as he backed up as far as he could* S-stay away from me! You won't imprison me in another hell! I-I will not be taken away by the likes of you! *The man fires one shot into the roof of the building as a warning*

*The guards slowly advance on the man.* Sir, please calm down. We need to show you there are consequences to your actions. The law bends for no one.
*Kaiori finally gets Vix to slow down. She hops off the horse and looks over the wound.* I'll ride back with a guard; you don't need anymore weight on that leg. *She starts to untie the saddle belts and simply lets it fall off. She looks around, luckily this area seems abandoned and old.*

Assassin: Hah! Oh yes... laws must be upheld..... we all have rights don't we? This is all wrong! All of it! This world serves no purpose! The dark castle will-- AAAAHHH!! *backing up too far, the man loses his footing and falls backwards over edge of the roof. By the time the guards reached the edge, they will have heard the loud thud of the man hitting the ground. The assassin died on impact, blood slowly trickling from where his skull smashed on the ground. Both of his weapons are to his side and the man's lifeless eyes remain open, staring towards the sky*

*The guards sigh and start to clean up the mess. The one guard slows to stop in front of Kaiori. He gives her a hand up and she swings in behind him. She ties Vix's lead rope to the guard's saddle and holds on to the guard's waist. The guard kicks his horse into a lope and heads back to the group. They discuss a few things before heading back to the Core. The assassins body is swung over on the back of a guard's horse. They need to talk in private at the Core.*

Aion had been tracking down people who would probably know the most about Crystalia. One, for the information and two, for the exercise. Besides it passed the time. The town itself seemed rather lifeless of exciting events except for that recent assassination attempt. Aion's only comment was that the sniper was an inexperience smuck. It made him curious on what the man wanted to gain from Miss. Kaiori's death.
After several days of searching, Aion was able to find a rather boastful Crystalia citizen who prided himself on knowing everything about Crystalia, the Core, and what lies beyond. Aion found his prey and it was time for him to act.
It was the dead of night. The man slept soundly in his bed without a care in the world. A sound within the house made him awaken him and he shot up in a sitting position, panting. The man was bathed in sweat and had obviously experiencing a dreadful nightmare. For a while, the man thought he felt the presence of someone else within his own home and decided to investigate. The man searched and searched through his house, only finding nothing odd. He returned to his bedroom and shut the door behind him. He quickly turned to see a tall, hooded figure in a long gray trench coat and white mask shaped like the sadness, a symbol in theater.
The man staggered backward, caught totally in surprised before he sputtered out, "Wh-h-h-at d-d-do you want?"
"Information, dear sir, information."
The next morning the man would be soundly asleep in his bed, but would never wake up. There were no signs of a struggle or blood anywhere. The room would be in perfect condition. The bed was in it spot, the dresser with a lamp and glass of water, half-full/half-empty right next to it, drawers, a desk; nothing was out of place, but it was obviously murder.

*In the morning the body is collected by the royal guards. They made a complete sweep of the house, upon finding nothing they simply left. The body will be scanned and picked apart for cause of death. Death used to be taken normally in Crystalia but currently it is feared to hear of such things. People rarely mention the death of anyone, the subject has become Taboo so to speak.*

Aion flipped over all the information he received from his informer, thinking a few things over. This certainly wasn't a world that Aion had no right to declare war on it. A world where Miss. Kaiori protected and cared for all. A world that Kaiori's parents sacrifice their lives to create.
"Going against the daughter would mean going against the creator," Aion mused to himself as he sat on a ledge thirty blocks away from the building he gathered his information from. Then he smiled, "Sounds like something to pass the time."
Once the autopsy on the body is done, the mortician will discovered that the man seems to have drank a chemical that slowed his heart down so much that it killed him. If any of the mortician is knowledgeble of the other world they can analyze this and discover that the chemical in the man's blood stream is the chemical used for euthanasia.
From there Aion made his way towards the Dark Castle, a place his informer couldn't provide any information for him.

*Kaiori finally signs the document of release. After two hours of speeches and media coverage the newest store is officially open. Stretching slightly she mingles with the other guests and buys a few things. After another hour she walks out into the street for some air. The cameras take a few shots of her in front of the store before returning inside to get pictures of the owner. Shifting in her formal dress she rubs her temples. She couldn't understand why the crown had to be so heavy. Looking around she smiles lightly, at least no one has attacked her in a few weeks and everyone seems a little more relaxed because of it.*

Omni appeared within the town, although no one noticed him. Omni was 2'6" feet, seemingly 5 year old child with bright green eyes and long brown hair that he tied in a neat ponytail. His long bangs that reached to his cheek bones, hung loosely beside his face. He wore light khaki shorts, a green shirt with white sleeves, and dark brown shoes.
Omni calmly gazed around and spotted a man standing near a cafe, staring at a group of kids playing seemingly enjoying himself. The man was huge with muscles upon muscles as well as scars, but his face spoke of kindness. This particular man was guard at the Core, off duty obviously. Seeing the kids, Omni hurried over to them, but only achieved into bumpping into the man who was gazing at the kids. Omni looked up with a pouty face.
"Oh hey, I'm sorry." He said to Omni with a smile. Omni froze like most children would do as though caugth stealing something. "Let me buy you a cookie from the cafe, alright?"
Omni nodded, taking the man''s hand. the man bought Omni a chocolate chip cookie and found a seat in the crowded cafe. He leaned down to Omni so Omni could hear him as he munched on the cookie happily.
"How's the cookie?" He asked him.
"Yummilylumpcious." Omni answered happily. The man couldn't stifle his laughter then bent down to Omni to be heard from the crowd.
"It's good to see you, Grand Cardinal, sir. How is everything at base?" The man asked to the happily munching Omni.
"Everything well, Iframut." Omni said with a smile to his subordinate. "How are things at the castle?"
"Quiet as ever. We had few new arrivals," He answered, "The queen has been disappearing within the past couple of days and seems have submerged herself in all the mysteries of the Core. Rumors have it is that she has been to the Black Blood Market."
"Really?" Omni said with a smile as he finished his cookie, "Our queen is such the adventurous type. No assassination attempts?"
"Except for that sniper incident a few days ago, none. There have been one or two murders though."
"How about the one known as Zero?"
"He seems to have disappeared. One of the recon squad reported him entering the Black Blood Market to purchase a Dark Castle uniform and headed for that direction."
"How bold." Omni mused before turning to Iframut, "Thank you mister, for the yummy cookie. I think I''ll go outside and play now."
With that Omni left his subordinate and went outside to actually play.
