I'm in China for the summer, and I want to buy some Asian music while I'm here. But I don't know anything at all about the music...so could anyone recommend good artists/songs? =3

My parents everything about Cpop. Scary isn't it?
Jay Chou. Even though someone already mentioned him. But he's really popular and sings well. I don't really know any other artists because I only listen to Kpop and Jpop. When I'm going to China, I'm just going to stock on just Kpop/Jpop CDs and merchandise. n__n;;

 Just because you are going to China, you shouldn't JUST get Cpop.
so add in Se7en, but there is also Nan Quan Mama, Yida Huang ~

Don't forget to stock up on nice, pirated DVD's/VCD's while overseas. I do it every year, and I still dont get enough >_>
Just remember that if you get any PS2 games, you have to get a language converter for your PS2. At the time that I got it, you had to manualy suture it to your drive, but I think now there's a plug. It costs about 20 dollars.
It also breaks your manufacturers' warranty, so you might just want to stay away from ps2 games. sweatdrop
