If I teach my Golduck in Pearl Rain Dance when it has the ability Cloud Nine, will it still work to raise Water type moves in battle?

Well I'm a more offensive strategist, so for me satus and special not offensive attacks are not me. So I would say don't do it, of course that's my opinion wink

i just teach my poke'mon the strongest attacks i can then i train them really high thats how i beat the games
