The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we voyage so far. I get the feeling they'll be asking that when they see the guild now rofl
The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us a little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation, or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

It's a good thing though.
We could probably use an 'All About Me' subforum, where we can discuss our likes/dislikes and what not.
But don't feel urged to go out and make that just yet, just a suggestion. 3nodding

We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we voyage so far. Again, I say, a thread, not a subforum. Otherwise we'll have a subforum full of threads with less than a page-worth of posts.

That's a good point.
