Book 1 is actually called Terrier..."Provost Guard". I think the series' name is actually Beka Cooper. But the variation of the titles, "Terrier", "Elkhound", and "Bloodhound" say that "Terrier" is the title for the first book.

Evil Genius Koji Book 1 is actually called Terrier..."Provost Guard". I think the series' name is actually Beka Cooper. I was never overly sure what the title was.

I loved this book. It was a nice new tase from the other books shes written and the story line was beautiful. Also its her first book written in first person which added another new aspect of her writing. Over all i loved the book and i cant wait for the next one to come out.

I loved Terrier! So far, it's my favorite to do a fanfiction on. So easy!
I'm still a little confused about Rosto, though. He's nice to animals, but so cruel to other people! I'm sure TP will write more about him, but I can't wait! Waah!

That was the first book right? My friend told me that's a really good book and then she said you should read it so slow that it'll take you a year and by the time you finish the new one will be out. I already finished it. Totally support Beka and Rosto! heart

I bought it as soon as i saw it on the shelf and realised who it was by. I ended up reading it about three times since it's release and now. I really cant wait until she releases ' Bloodhound.' its going to be after I turn fifteen.... x___x A year and three months.
I enjoyed the theme of the book and instantly loved the Rosto and Becka couple. Hes just so funny that you cant help but like him in an abstract way. Now that the really big mystery of the book has been released I'm not sure what I'll think about the plot of 'Bloodhound.' It might seem a little flat since all the action and big intrigue was really captured in ' Terrier.'
+~+ And the series name is 'Provost's Dog' I wikipediad Tamora Pierce and the books were under that section.

Terrier is definetly my favorite of the books Tammy's written I love Beka and I love Rosto you know he's going to end up being George's 6 times great grandfather lol! biggrin heart

I love Terrier! heart It is one of my favorite Tortall books!
I love Rosto, he may be a rogue, but you have to love him, he begs love...
Goodwin and Tunstull, are also unbeleivably cool!!!
And Pounce, is godly, and he is Faithful. I think it's genuis of Tamora, to place the purple-eyed cat in both Alanna's, and Beka's story. It would have beem odd if she put him in Kel's story, but she's good with Tobe.

I HAVE EXCELLENT NEWS! Bloodhound is being released 2 weeks early! IT's now coming out APRIL 14,2009! I just thought I would share that nugget of information.
