Righto, so, apparantly www.pandora.com, an internet radio site, is now unavailable to most countries outside of the US. This is a shame considering I usually head over when I want to find a few more bands I might enjoy. So I had to resort to using http://musicovery.com , which I have not had very much luck with in the past, but after tweaking I have discovered that I can find a large number of songs I enjoy by setting it to only show rock songs from the 70's that are 'dark and energetic,' as the website describes them.

Found a good number of Bowie songs, in any case. cool

So, to get to the eventual point of this thread, does anyone out there know of any other similar websites? I still don't like the overall setup of musicovery, and would like to find something that works a little better.

No, not really, unless it also has some sort of reccomendation system where you enter the type of music you like and it gives suggestions for bands; I'll still take a look at the website, either way.

@Abyss: Oh, really? xd Purevolume has given my computer issues before, (and really, I have enough issues of my own so I don't need my computer to have any,) so I don't usually go there. Thanks for the suggestion though, ma'am. smile
