Best Spec For mages?

Im thinking about starting a mage and I was wondering what is the best way to spec

Fire spec for lvling. Frost spec for raiding. Arcane spec for group pve or whatever else.

That's it, basically, in a nut shell.
At level 50ish, you may want to respec Ice and begin AOEing, though it have a small learning curve.

Frost for leveling, fire for raiding, arcane spec for fire immune bosses.

all of the mages in my guild are frost/arcane except for one.

Fire can do uber damage, but you need lots of fire mages to keep it up.
