Earlier today I found myself in a rather frieghtening situation. I jumped into a system to find myself in a fairly decently sized enemy camp. I hadn't expected that, as it was a dead end system. I was just hoping to find some enemies ratting in ones or twos. Whipping up the scanner I take a quick headcount and notice an Eris interdictor. I look up and sure enough I'm sitting in a shiney blue interdiction sphere. I quickly cloak and set course toward the closest edge of the bubble. The interceptors are on the ball and instantly race towards where they saw me blink. If they can get withing 2kilometers of me, they will decloak my ship and I will no doubt be ripped apart. Two of them look like they're going to miss, but the third is headed almost directly for me! I swerve left 90 degrees and he narrowly zips past me, getting as close as 3km. Not far to go now, I set back towards the edge of the bubble as I see the interceptors turning round for another sweep. They aren't fast enough, and I finally make it to the edge of the bubble and warp away! xd

One of my old favorite chat logs whee
We had all the old CFS alliance channel passwords and used to pirate them while chatting with thier defence fleets in thier own private channel. During my time pirating the CFS between the CA/CFS war and before m0o took over the area, I made over 2 bil ISK and never lost a ship to these guys ^^

Okay so I was just sitting outside Kisogo State War Acadamy (1.0) and just got back from .3 so I felt like just chilling, watching the newbies shoot the station then get raped by CONCORD. Okay, since I had a shuttle out (for some reason xD) So this Caracal (Caldari missile cruiser) just comes out of the station and FIRES ON IT LOL! He got CONCORDED and I salvaged his ship about 3 seconds after I saw "(instert username here) you have foolishy engaged in criminal bla bla bla. So I got 4 mil off him. xD not to exciting of a story, but just funny.

Haha, that's hilarious! When my friend and I first started playing Eve, he did the same thing to a guy with low security status in a shuttle razz He attacked him at a gate with a Merlin and got instapopped >_<

I had a hilarious thing happen when i was flying through 0.3 in the placid region. I was in my enyo, going to pick up a few things on the otherside of 3 lowsecs. Some noob in a thorax, about 1 month old, engaged me on the gate. As my enyo has a pretty sweet tank, i just took it all and dished out my own form of pain...In the form of 3 neutron Blaster II's haha, with VOID ammo, did not take long for him to go bang hahahahahaha. Oh how I love killing noobs who engage me, not a pirate, not into PVP, but god i love doing that to idiots ROFL

Okay funny story. I was dueling my corpmate's Astarte with my Pilgrim. Now he's VERY proud of his Astarte, always brags about how awesome it is and all the faction stuff he puts on it, and how it has an incredible tank and how nothing can tank his insane blaster fire, ect ect.
It's a great ship, I can't argue with that. I want one. But he always underestimates the power of Electronics Warfare. Last time we dueled, he had a different setup, and it wasn't a real duel, and he started with low cap, but still, he saw my Curse and said "My Astarte would eat that Curse alive!" and started shooting, and then mumbled and docked when his guns stopped working and his cap ran dry before he could get a third volley out. Let this be a lesson to you all ~_^ in PvP, EW beats any damage, or tank. (Providing time is not an issue. This fight took probably 10+ minutes. If it had been a real fight, that's more than enough time for him to call in backup or simply de-agress and dock or jump through a gate or whatever.)
Anyhow, it went something like this. I turn my Tracking Disruptors on him and see lots of "XXX's Heavy Neutron Blaster II Completely Misses you." He Microwarps towards me and at 12km I turn on the Nos and his web hits me. I launch drones and set them on him. Activate my own web on him, but then decide against it and turn it off. He launches his drones on me and I start taking damage into armor with that. I turn on my first rep. He stops his ship within optimal, and I'm webbed down to 20m/s so I'm not getting much transversal on him. I start taking decent damage from his guns and turn on my second rep. My cap is still holding near 100% because of the Nos. Both reps running is enough to keep me decent and rep through his lucky shots and when I have to turn to stay as hard to hit as possible. He says "You should stop attacking me before I have to kill you... hrmmmm guess I shouldn't say that right as my guns turn off..." Sure enough he turns yellow for a moment as all his modules deactivate. He injects and flashes red once again and his armor reps up, but with his moment of not firing, I regain all my armor, and his cap injection also fuels my nos back up to good levels. He gets a few volleys off before running out of cap again, and his armor chips away as his ship floats, a useless hunk of metal in space. His drones buzz around me, but a short tick of one rep every so often is enough to keep me full. "That was my last injection, stop firing. STOP FIRING" razz My drones recall as he enters structure and hammers on the dock button. pirate
Anyway, that's my story. Might not be as appealing since you don't know the guy, but he's absurdly proud of his Astarte, and I'm a meanie and like crushing pride XP Though I'm sure I'm the same way with my Pilgrim. ^_^

I think it's a great story. It shows how there's more than just one way to fight, and big guns don't mean you're going to win... mrgreen

Hehe,
I'll go with my last one, if you guys have been following Forum "dramas" you'll notice ED had some troubles of loosing total sovreignty over their constellations, their alliance and assets disapearing. This is a long story let's say our old friends which we fought for about 1 year thought it was smart to ripp us off a well earned outpost, by trading it for 2 dread we never got (and we got told to leave the alliance if we weren't happy about it), and to add to the finish touch their former leader stole our old alliance (Atrocitas)
Well you don't mess with a pirate, i mean we do have a conduct code : you don't ripp the familly off, in this case they were no longer familly : we openly decared our hostility to them even thought it was a 25 against 300 fight, that's our way to play, we're direct.
Ended up in a big return of Karma really, we have always been nice to everyone there, and some other corps/people quickly followed us because of the whole backstabbing of their olders pvp backbone and eventually a big diversion plan including a "fake" takeover of their outpost to cover the stealing of their valuable assets was put into action. They stole our old pirate alliance we destroyed their alliance name, they ripped us off 2 dreadnaughts we took their assets : eye for an eye pirate
next to come : 5 vs 25 fight lasting 30min (epic death but hell of fun !)

Ok heres one for ya, I was just sitting over in high sec earlier today, minding my own buisness doing a bit of mining. Anyways I was suddenly joined at my belt by a guy in an inquisitor and a guy in a rookie ship. My first thought was a couple of people joining me in doing a bit of mining, that was until they both started targetting me. Now I guess that they must have figured that because I had my mining setup on (in my arbi which is, 2 mining lasers, 4 expanded cargo hold, a survey scanner, 5 mining drones and 5 light scout drones (to keep them pesky rats away) that they could take down my cruisers, so without saying anything they opened fire into me.
Now most people wouldn't be that stupid to open fire on someone in high sec but these guys did, and no sooner had there first shoots hit me, concorde decended upon them in 4 battleships, 2 cruisers and 2 frigates and quickly set about upholding the law. I swear those poor little guys in there frigates didnt know what hit them. Its the funniest thing that has happened while ive been mining XD.
But now I have aload of concorde ships sitting in this belt and its making me paranoid xd

That is hilarious! smile But yeah, the Concorde ships freak me out. If I get to a belt and there's a load of them skulking around, I usually go find myself a new belt.
