"I told you I am not going to send you back just yet, I cant, I promise I will but it will have to be in a few weeks time when I finally have the ability to properly send you back." He said to Sarah, feeling sorry for her and wished he could help when she seemed to miss her family but he couldnt help it, he couldnt just couldnt send her back just yet.
Marius walked over to a near by park bench, seeing another ghost digging around in the trash and was curious as to why he would be doing that and why he was still here. However, Marius didnt go over, he just wanted to relax in the sun for a day without tending to ghosts problems and yet Sarah wasnt going to leave him alone so he could do that.
Marius sighed and put his bag down at his feet and laid down on the bench, sum streaming down on him, it was a perfect day to just laze about and do nothing.
Sarah took off up a tree and sat on a branch, hugging her knees and silently crying, she understood where Marius was comming from and knew only he could send her to the other side but still she wanted her family badly.

Shelby happened to be walking down the same path, mulling over some of his studies in his head and careful not to say any aloud. When he was not doing that, he pondered the plight of Mel - what he was going to do about it, if anything, and wondering how he had managed to create such a psychopathic monster.
So wrapped up in his own thoughts, careful focus on the line between this world and the next blurred. So much so, in fact, that the whispering moan of a lost spirit became as clear and articulate as the growling of the living. As he passed by Marius' bench, he muttered in annoyance, "He said he'd do it later. What makes you think hovering over his head in that tree will make it come any faster?"
Nevermind that at most times the demonbunny had several shapes floating about him, not because they were tied to him so much as they were attracted to ... something ... about him.

Marius didnt even bother opening his eyes to look at who was there, he stayed where he was and in the position he was in and continued "leave her, shes only a little girl about five or six. Its norm..." he sat up and looked at the other "wait, you can see her?" Ok stupid question concidering he also seemed to have spirits around him also but still, how many people come out and basically say "hi, I can see dead people to"? This was the first person he had met in a while that could see spirits.

The bunnydemon required a few extra steps before it registered that another anthro had been speaking. Idiot! Stupid, stupid... Spinning on the ball of his foot, he returned to where Marius was now sitting upright. Well, he had already said more than enough to make any lie very obvious, so he decided not to. What was one more person to add to his list of people who would end up hating him after just one conversation?
"Yes, I can see her, and hear her, and I can practically smell her too..." he asserted, glaring up at the girl. "And just because she's six does not give her the right to demand things of you. You are dead, girl, you will wait your turn or you will wait even longer."
Around Shelby, the spirits hissed in irritation. He growled and they settled just enough... and he looked back at Marius, fists at his hips defiantly. "So... go back to your nap... or whatever it was you were doing."

Marius dislked the other already, he let out a low grown and called for the other to come down to him.
Sarah did as she was told and 'snuggled' agiesnt him, not liking the others tone at all.
Marius placed a hand on his spirit ball, let a light emit from it and then placed an arm around her an cuddled her, having her become solid slightly so he could cuddle her "leave her be, it is my fault shes here in the first place. If you were taken away from your parents at six years old wouldnt you want them back? She was made to come here from the other side because I stuffed up.
However you deal with your spirits I dont care but leave mine alone, though concidering what you are, you could be a bit more compassionate towards the dead. Do you honestly think they want to be here? The wouldnt want to be on this vile spit of land anymore then we want them here, however, while they are here you could at least be courtious to them and be polite.
It seems you dont like the spirits hanging around you anyway, ever thought about sending them back to where they should be would be a good thing to do? If you dont want them around you and you arnt sending them back then you have no right to complain. It is your lack of doing your job as a necromancer that is making you pissed off with the spirits when all they want is your help and guidence."
He said to the other, keeping the child close to him, wishing he didnt bother meeting this other one now, he picked up his bag and put it over his houlder. "Care to leave?" He asked her, not willing to be around such an arrogant guy who cant even treat the dead with the respect they deserved.
Sarah nodded, wanting to leave as she didnt want to be here anymore.
Marius smiled as he took hold of her and let her get off the seat before he stood up and started to walk off with the little girl.
((Yeah, forgot to say, he cant stand people like Shelby ^^; to an extent he can but he is also disrespectful which he hates, especially when its towards the dead. ^^; ))

Shelby watched Marius play with a strange-looking device that shined light when he bid it to. He was obviously performing some sort of magic, for as the bunnydemon watched, the child became touchable. He couldn't believe it. If only he knew how to do that... He forced tears back, trying not to think about it. Perhaps the other wouldn't notice; he was too busy yelling at Shelby and coddling the child, a child who had at least been blessed with a normal family at some point in her existence.
He felt heat rise to his face despite himself. He had seen all kinds of spirits who wanted to stay, or to somehow become alive again. Therein lay his current problem, which he had no idea how to fix. And there were all kinds who knew no better and thought they were still alive. Some even that kept reliving their deaths over and over... This girl already knew that she was dead. She could wait...time had no meaning for her anymore. And he didn't know how to help any of them... yet...
"You stupid b*****d," he spat, "you don't know anything about me. Do you think I would keep them around me if I could get rid of them? They never leave me alone! You stupid a**... you're just as pompous as HIM." Of course he was referring to Anubis. Oh how he hated him. And this guy was just another self-proclaimed dealer in the dead who cared more about belittling people than actually helping.
Shelby didn't even stay around to listen as they cliquishly ganged up on him. It was so typical of people, and he had had enough. So much for trying to clear his mind. He was so furious that angry tears streamed down his face unnoticed as he stalked off down the path.
(( Haha... looks like Shelby's stuck with Ramon. =.= ))

Marius crouched down and cuddled the ghost child "I will be back in a moment alright? Stay here little one, it will be better for you" he said softly before running after te other and grabbing his wrist. "How can I help you if you care to act so cruel towards the spirits you are needing to help!?" He said to him as he looked at the spirits around him, needing to not run through them in future "sorry guys" he said as he had run through two of them.
"May I say that you dont know anything about me either? I am not one for belittling someon however the way you are acting towards te dead is enough to have someone belittle you. It is an immature way to deal with the dead, as a necromancers job, if they dont go, you force them to go, they dont belong here anymore, they are forced over to the other side if they dont really have any final business here.
Having them be here if they dont have a final message for their friends or family is wrong, they should be sent over to the other side, keeping them here wether they want to be here or not is wrong. I cant send Sarah back yet because I dont have the power to do that, I summoned her over from the other side when another spirit came forth to help me one time.
Because of this I am now at a loss at how to get her back since she somehow came here on her own accord yet had me summon her also and I have no idea what I can d to undo this." He said as he let go of the other "I however treat any and all spirits I see and get asked for help from with respect, not just treat them as some sort of bad smell you want to get rid of.
They shouldnt be here, no ifs ands or buts, if they dont have a purpose here they shouldnt be here, reconstructing their deaths or whatever isnt a reason to be here and thus should be forced to go to he other side. It isnt nice, no, but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, I dont like the job that has been given to me at times but my mother has taught me to be strong in these situations.
I apologise for my earlier behaviour but I cant stand people who cant at least be respectful of the dead wether they are getting annoyed by ghosts or not. See Sarah? She has been with me for several months now, she is like a little sister to me, I love her, but I know that if I could I would send her back as well.
However, due to how she got here I am not sure if I can and this is why I still need to learn more from my mother, I am wishing to send her back but I cant. If you cant send them through normal methods then why not learn? Ever thought of just asking someone for help instead of comming across arrogant, cruel, unlikeable and a total b*****d yourself?
I dont know you, I admit, BUT I do know how you are acting with these spirits and it isnt good, you cant be cruel to them even if they do deserve it." He said with a sigh as he looked around him at the spirits, seeing them having backed away from him a bit "what I have on me is a charm, a dragon by the name of Drake gave it to me since I to was hounded by ghosts.
With his help I was able to have those ghosts that needed help around me but I still could talk and walk and do what I wanted without tripping up over some ghost who was constantly following me around. I had fifteen ghosts hanging around me at one time, I couldn send them so instead of asking my mother for help I got a charm off Drake.
If you would like I could ask if he could give you one" he said as he took out a pendent from under his top, it was a celtic knot disk which had been blessed by Drake with some sort of magic. "I dont know what magic he used but it worked, ghosts dont hang around me like the used to, if anything, they dont want to, sure I still get asked for help but Sarah usually tells me of those who need it.
I have only allowed her to be able to get past the protection I have from other ghosts, I can easily get you something like this if you wish, it just has to be an item that you love. Take this disk, I got it from my father for my sixteenth birthday, isnt much but I adore it, he has it engraved and everything.
It was one of the gifts I loved getting from him, I got others of course but this was what was left with him when he was left as a baby, only thing that he was left with when his parents left him. He didnt exactly have much love for his parents back when he was growing up but he did love the small fact that they cared for him.
Well, his father did anyway, but that isn the point, what I am etting at is that because I love this small disk I was able to have the charm work better then if it wasnt something I loved. The charm takes ahold of something you love and binds it with a magic that works off the love you have for the item and something to do with ghosts or something.
I dont know, im not Drake, when he explained it to me it went straight over my head, I dont exactly care much for magic, I know it esists and all but thats as far as I will go when it comes to magic. Anyway, if you have an item you love that can be carried on you at all times and isnt something like a cellphone or whatever then we might be able to get you rid of these ghosts.
So care to get a little help from me even if we dd start off on the wrong foot?" He asked the other, smiling softly at him, wondering if he made the wrong move of giving this guy help. He didnt mind but still if he couldnteven just ask for help before now then surely there was something about this guy that would rub him the wrong way more.
Marius sighed, he would deal with it, he is offering to help and that is all there was to it, if the other annoyed him, so be it, he would cope, besides his parents did teach him to help those in need. But with saying that, did they actually think their son would be able to help another necromancer? Sure he had medium ablities also but still, he cant help but wonder also if he was up for the job.
Marius might be more advanced then the demon rabbit but he still didnt know how much he could help the other, he wasnt exactly a qulified necromancer/medium to know if he would be help to him or not.

(( Just an fyi Lenore, you should pay attention to what's inside quotes and what isn't. Unless Marius is a mind reader, in which case I would have liked to have KNOWN, he should not know ANYTHING besides what Shelby said, and what he observed. He's making assumptions just like you had Anubis do. And he's grabbing Shelby... Big no-no. You should know better, unless you LIKE this kind of reaction. ))
Shelby... was not the kind of person who liked to be touched, or rather, he could not much handle it. Unless he knew the person, and could trust them, there were certain occurrences in his past that flashed back on him like a horrible drug trip and took over his senses. The spirits around him were no help... in fact some tended to help the scenes along, as they had been the first to force such things upon him. So even with his most trusted friends and his father, they took a risk of him lashing out in fear...
Most people had the decency to respect another's boundaries anyway. Wrenching at his wrist was not respectful in the slightest. And as he was already upset, terror struck his mind as it had on other occasions. A cold fog seemed to envelop him as several spirits converged. His expression fell blank, an expression of mindless fear as they sent nightmarish images at him in dizzying succession. Those who struck Marius may or may not have affected him, though if he was sensitive enough he should have realized their intentions were malicious....or perhaps simply focused incorrectly.
Snarling, Shelby whipped himself free and struck at Marius viciously. "Don't EVER touch me!" Swatting at him a few more times, Shelby danced away until he was out of reach of the wolf and breathing hard, mumbling through grated teeth. "I don't want to know anything about you! Why should I? Are you one of THEM? One of the Alliance? Yes, I'll bet you are, going on and on about necromancy. How else could you know? Well I'll just tell you something, I am NOT a necromancer. I was born with this! Born half-dead, or might as well be! I have no responsibility, not to you, to the Alliance, and not to your little pet! Forgive me for trying to help. Next time I won't even try. What's the point! Even the other freaks around here treat me like s**t," he spat.
Marius, rambling about something, his life story it sounded like to Shelby, seemed not to notice. Perhaps this was just a crackpot with no real talent. A hand went to his clammy brow as he tried to fight his way back into reality. But several victims wailed upon him their cruel deaths and demand he listen. His snakelike eyes darted back down the path. Would the wolf try to catch him again? If he did, Shelby would be doomed to die their deaths again and again...
The wolf was asking if he wanted to accept his help. But by now he was too far gone. Shelby stared at him in horror, seeing a sight beyond his ability to describe. His reply was simple: with a strangled cry, he fled.

(( I wrote that when I first woke up from my nap, I must not have woken up properly enough to read properly. Sorry Melo ^^; ))
Marius shrugged his sholders and ignored him, he started back to Sarah, forgetting about him, he could care less if he wanted help or not, obviously he didnt so meh, oh well, not that he cared. "Come on Sarah, lets go home" He said smiling at her as he reached down and took her hand, starting back home with her.
