Description:A large marble building of shiny proportions. Climbing several stories and containing a couple basments and three wings this is a building that once housed the ruling goverment for Byako. However as the city grew it lost the grip it held over the city and for a long time it fell into disuse.
Recently however Tanya, the new mayor of the city and Chibi her guardian are trying to restore it.
Save for the entrance hall and the mayors office the entire building is flooded with paper, evey room cramed full of the stuff.
Each of those sheets contains information that needs to be filled out before major work can be done on the city and it is a monumental task.
Past Events:*Tanya plays clue byako edition and then runsoff f or some m ore fun while Chibi runs Byako
*Chibi assits Mizu, viva, justin, aiden, tao, andre, tronaga and masami
*Chibi organizes the Plushie Construction crew. A work force that does repairs under the cities name
*Tanya has a friend over named dime
*dime and tanya play
Current Events:Chibi is dealing with an aristo (page 8 )

within the mayors office within city hall the ominious leader of the micro goverment plotted...
plotted with the mind of a politicial genius...
what could be going through the mind of this city leader?
"it was cassandra alkemi with the plushie ray in the shark tank!"
Puppeteet Tanya proclaimed
the little eight year old girl with the purple hair had a wide grin on her face as she said this
Chibi the puppet double of tanya grabbed the envelope and opened it up
"nope it was ender the broody in the maceroni room with the puddle"
"darn!" tanya shook her little balled up fists and began spinning her chair to pass the time
chibi put up the game and left the room for a moment to check on things to ensure that things were the running smoothly with a thick manillo envelope under her arm
tanya continued her spinning long forgetting her loss "WHEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" with no sign of growing bored anytime soon

chibi held out a pamplet showing a picture of the building and a tourist map
meanwhile back in the mayors office tanya was happily enjoying some ginger cookies with chocolate milk as she listened to the exploits on the kabina radio show
