EDIT: Yea, this is just a rumour, but think if it's true! eek
Apparantly, after season 4, their takinng another break. Which means we have to wait another twenty yers probably.
HOW MANY OF YOU THINK YOU WILL LOSE INTEREST?
Oh well. I suppose the up-side to this is that CGI will have advanced two decades and it shall be even MORE awesome! tee hee hee... xd

What?! No way! I refuse to believe that they will pull it. If its because Tennant doesn't want to be The Doctor anymore, they can just have him regenerate I suppose (Sadly). But, its way too popular for them to pull it for any other logical reason.

I won't believe it til I see it on the BBC site.
But even if it went off again I wouldn't stop loving the show.
I've been a big fan for over twenty years now, more than half that with no new Who. I won't stop now.
If you really really love something, you won't quit liking it just because there is no more being made or it stops being trendy.

I've been a fan since I was 4. I'm 23 now. There's videos, DVDs and DWM to keep our Whoness, but I never listen to rumours. Newspapers make up stories because they need to fill space and they know stuff about Doctor Who will sell papers. Never believe anything unless it's in DWM or on the official BBC site.

I don't think it would. Too popular. Even if David Tennant leaves then, they could have the Doctor regenerate. It just has too big a following.

The Doctor's running out of regenerations!
I sure hope it doesn't get canceled, but we here in the states are just about to get the third season next month! xp

even if it were to go on hiatus or wotever, Im ok. XD cos right now im in america with no doctor who and im a major tom baker fan so im trying to get his stuff.
XD classic is fantastic so a (very small) hiatus would be tolerable.

Yeah, I'm thinking that it won't get cancelled, not permanently anyways, but there's no reason for hiatus, either... rolleyes I just got real upset before realizing that the articles are 99% made up...

No really...it'd be ridiculous for the beeb to even think of cancelling it any time soon. It's just too popular right now, and they'd lose out on some good money by killing it.
Also, though, related to this rumor is one that RTD is leaving after season 4...which is what would "kill" the series. Even this is unbelievable, because without him, there's an army of skilled writers that would easily take up the head writer crown. There's really just too many rumors about DW going around too much of the time to really give them serious thought/worry. Not worth it.
