Idiot that I am, I can't seem to make this work. I've done this before, but I keep having trouble with the straight code to input an image as a webpage background. Can anyone help me out?

TornKite You really should use CSS. Yes, CSS is best. If you want to become a web designer you have to know about CSS. You can't just stick to HTML.
