i dont hav all that fancy computer programs, but i do hav paint... i usually draw on paper, but heres a sample of my ugly paint picture and plz tell me how i can improve or any tips or stuff

Actually not all that bad. Bit more detail in the dress and between the dress and boots would be good, as well as color in the eyes. All in all not bad.

Try not to use the Paint Program in general. There are a lot better programs out there. There are some FREE LEGAL ones in the art section on Gaia, I would suggest OC [open cavis] which allowes layers, networking, and is about the filesize of your favorite MP3. 3nodding
