Appearance: Sylph stands at about 6’3; he has layered blond hair, deep blue eyes. Sylph has a fairly muscular body, so he usually wears small shirts to show it off. Most of which are band shirts, but sometimes he wears a striped long-sleeved shirt. Sylph also wears a jacket with a missing sleeve. As for pants blue jeans are what he seen most common in, but if the day is hot he’ll switch to cameo cargo shorts.
Personality: An easy going person, very calm rarely loses his temper, Sylph always seems to be in a depressed state. Particular serious about his art, he loves to draw and sculpt, using his own bones to create sculptures. The art he draws or paints is very sad, often reflecting his own life.
Power/Description: Bone Manipulation: Ability to manipulate the bones his own body. This includes, but is not limited to, the generation of new bone mass, projecting bones out from the skin, or rearranging one's own bones. He also possesses a healing factor and enhanced immune system, since every time a bone is ripped out a wound remains which closes itself soon after. His bones also seem to be much more durable than normal.
Greatest Strength: Being able to regenerate bones instantly he can never run out of weaponry. He can never break a bone in his body, and can heal minor wounds quickly, larger wounds take time to heal, but still heal faster than normal.
Greatest Weakness: If Sylph uses his power to constantly during a short period of time, his bones regeneration system may become confused causing the bones in his body to deform and the system to shut down. Making it impossible to use his gift, but due to his healing factor he will heal, but it takes a long time around 3-4 days to fully recover.
Biography: Sylph was born in Edmonton Alberta; he was an accident and was quickly put up for adoption he lived in an orphanage in Edmonton for 10 years; during these years Sylph didn’t have a name he was often called ‘No-name’ by the other kids, he kept to himself not letting anyone get close to him. When he was 11 he was adopted by a loving family; the Irwin’s, when they asked him his name he replied “Sylph” for Sylph’s where usually described as invisible beings of the air, which he thought he was invisible drifting without a destination.
The young blond immediately moved in with a family, a rather wealthy family with two kids a son (Robert) and a daughter (Lindsay). During the first few months he didn’t talk much he would of course say please and thank-you, but that was it. They enlisted him in a private school; Sylph got amazing grades thought his years in school, when he was 15 he decided to try out sports and excelled in them; Soccer and competitive swimming being his favorites. He gradually opened up to his adopted family; it wasn’t until he was 16 when he fully opened up.
Her name was Hikari, the girl that opened Sylphs heart. They met accidentally, during lunch hour. Hikari was a new student and was rushing to find where her next class was. Sylph was just coming from the cafeteria then smack! Hikari ran right into Sylph as he turned a corner. She fell back onto the floor; Sylph wobbled backwards, but quickly regained his footing.
Their eyes met and Sylph felt his heart stop this was the first time he felt this way. He quickly helped her up and introduced himself, after that the two gradually got to know each other soon enough the two were inseparable. When he was 18 he confessed his love to her, and she returned his feelings Sylph was the happiest he could ever be. The two got accepted into the same university, Sylph into the arts and Hikari went into fashion design. Sylph left his foster family, but he knew he would always have a home there.
Things were going great until Sylph turned 20, he started have constant nightmares, bones would break through his skin among other weird things involving his skeletal structure. Hikari knew about this, but didn’t care she loved Sylph. He was able to get this ‘unique power’ under control when he was 22 he continued his schooling and soon graduated along with Hikari.
Sylph now 23 proposed to Hikari and she accepted, but tragedy struck. On a rainy April day Hikari went out to the bank, but the bank soon held up while she was taking out some money. She was killed by a stray bullet that was fired when the burglars entered the bank.
Sylph found out that afternoon, his heart shattered like a mirror smashing against a marble floor. That night he cried and lashed out, when he awoke from his slumber the room was destroyed and bone fragments scattered everywhere. He was filled with pain and anger and needed to vent it out, he grabbed a photo of him and Hikari then torched the house.
He found the bandits who killed his beloved easily enough as they tried to hold up another bank. He walked in and went ballistic slaughtering the men and anyone who got in his way, he tore them apart breaking their limbs and skewering them with his own bones, smashing their skulls in. The bank was a bloody massacre, once he was done he bulleted for the door and ran for his life. Sylph knew he would get arrested for what he did, so he ran but was caught it took two S.W.A.T teams to bring him down. Once he awoke he found himself trapped in a cell, in a place called Primatech. He was held captive for a number of days, but was able to meet more individuals like himself, more people who had these special abilities. Together, the small group was able to escape captivity. Though since they were no longer needed for testing Primatech did not pursue them.
Sylph now lives in Athens Greece under the last name ‘Fallen’. He is a very well known artist in Greece for his unique sculptures, which are made from his one bone and reflect his life. It’s odd but for some reason all records of the slaughter that happened at the bank have disappeared.
It may sound crazy, but Sylph keeps his beloveds bones with him all the time in a messenger bag hanging at his side.
