i move the half of the stick above my hand and half below(like your stirring a pot) my hand, then i throw it up in the air and catch it, i get a lot of praise fro doing that, lol

I can do this one where I drop a stick perfectly vertically then catch it on my shoe and kick it back into my hands while I continue drumming with my right.

@Recollection: Thats really not particularly complex, its just a long line of stick flips and backsticks into a rimshot.

i can do this really cool one when you have a half or whole rest in a drum solo or something like that you throw your sticks really high into the air making them spin and then cross your hands and catch the sticks from the oppisite hand.
