1) Modern setting, but certain gothic and some of the more subtle mythical creatures allowed. This includes the following and only the following: -Ghosts -Humans -Vampires -Were-creatures -Freddy like or Jason like Creatures -A mix of the aformentioned creatures. Subtle magic is allowed, but no fireballs.
2) O.K. folks, think EVIL!!!! Alright? I don't want someone to be evil, and then go help someone out if there's nothing in it for him. Mabey your guy wants to kick somone's a**, and there's someone tough looking picking on someone else, and you want to fight. Well, fight that guy, but then don't do it becuase you want to help the poor guy being picked on. You can be creative, within reason.
3) If you're a vampire, either don't go for that twilight s**t, please, or if you do, make it good, none of that "We're devoted Mormon vampires who don't engage in sexual activities" bullshit. I'd prefer Underworld style.
Lastly: These are the last 2 things, actually. 1) You cannot be good, and 2) Evil is not an alliance. This is not a realm in which evil is fighting good, nor fighting other evil. Here is what I mean by evil: Do what you can to get what you want! At all costs! Except that which involves you risking your own neck, lest you deem it a worthy risk. Now, not all good people agree on everything, so even they won't always make an alliance, and may even fight each other. Now you can be a big boss on the top of an illegal company, a tyrant, a petty thug, a vampire, or what ever the hell your occupation is, but please, act the part. Don't help out a fellow evil person becuase he's evil in a fight against a good guy. You'll be fighting evil more than good.
Now then, on to the fun stuff: If you get in a fight with anouther player, then when you both want to end the fight, you have three options. One, you can call a truce. Two, you can mutually decide that you want to randomly decide who kills who. If you choose this option, then you both roll the maximum number of one-hundred sided dice. The one who rolls more kills the other. But they don't stay dead! They then roll 1 four sided die, and subtract 1 from that roll, and in that many days can come back from the dead (real time). Third, if one wants to roll, and the other doesn't, then the one that doesn't gets to flee from the battle, defeated. Or I suppose you could muttually decide that the one who rolls higher wins, but doesn't kill the other, if they have a reason for doing so. It cannot be mercy! Oh, yea, if you roll a one on the "come back from the dead" roll, you come back in 5 minutes.
Here's my profile: Name: Darrius "Amir" Karzian, but he now goes by the name Zaharous. Race: Half-Ghostly Half-Vampiric Human. Powers: Mysticism (levitate, flight, invisibility, telekinesis, water walking, that stuff, but he mainly uses it to change his form), Cryomancy (Ice Magic), Possession/Mind-Control, Necromancy (create spawn and other undead creatures). Bio: He killed his entire school. But he only killed half of them while he was alive. Then he shot himself, and came to semi-life, and hunted down the rest. He ate their hearts. The cops are still puzzled. His plans: To make an army of vampire spawn. He currently has none though.
You must use the same profile format as I did. You may use a picture of yourcharacter if you wish, but please, please, please, I'm beggin' you, make it a good one.
Oh, yea, and if you're a normal human and you die, then when you come back you must come back as something else.

Name:Kathos Race: undead necromancer. Powers: He can withstand brutal damage.He is very strong.Can raze the dead.Call upon undead spirits.He uses two very strong weapons.Two axes name the greif bezerker and the last wish bezerker. His attack speed is powered by a force called frenzy a rush of hate and energy that make him hit in a high valocity. Bio: Kathos has been know to hang around graveyard for this is were he may summon his army of the dead. His plans:To rase an army of the dead and kill all life to form his undead clan.

Amir walked into a Gothic Club. There were a few kids on E and LSD dancing. He sat down and watched one of the strippers. "What can I do ya' for?" A waiter came by. "What's your most expensive drink?" He asked. "Grand Sharliman Wine." The waiter replied. "I'll have two." Amir stated.
A minute or so later anouther guy came by and sat down at his table. "What was that you were asking me? Something about a necromancer with an army, was it?" "Yes, you mention a Kratos, Kaos... Kerthos, was it?" Amir said in his deep voice. "Kathos. And I only know where a guy knows him can be found. A drug dealer, who employs bodyguards that Kathos lent him." "Spare me the details." "The dealer can be found at 116 November Avenue." "That's just two blocks from here." Amir said. "I'm his neighbor. Don't tell no one." "I won't." Amir said as he got up. "Oh, and be wary of a cure for vampirism, I do not know what effects it will have on you."

(OOC: You know what, I'm going to go for some spawn. Just for the fun of it, I'll roll some dice. Since he's at a rave full of a bunch of poeple who're high and drunk, I'll give him a few small dice. The more people, the bigger the dice, the more likly to join, the more dice rolled... weeee! xd ) As Amir left he noticed the intoxicated dancers. "Hey, can I bite your neck? Can I suck your blood dry? You know you want me to." He talked to a random dazed girl in the corner. She only nodded. He managed to convince a few others to get bitten.
