Oh wow! That`s excellent. Nowadays It`s hard to keep up with various evolutions. Last time I watched Pokemon, Evee only had about five evolutions and there was no Porygon Z. This is interesting. The red eyes are a big change from Lapras`s usual eye color.

I gave it red eyes to intensify the face, since it's a dragon.. 3nodding
I'm also planning on drawing a baby form of Lapras too, but I haven't pictured it fully yet...
Lapras is one of the best Pokemon for looks though, don't you think? It has so much potential to have the fiercest evolution, and the cutest baby form ever. 3nodding whee

Its shell is ice. But it is posibble to use surf on, cuz of the central 3 spikes to try and keep you in place. 3nodding
