Okay well after rejoining and basically starting over I've decided to start a new journal from scratch. ^-^ My goal is still, to start out with, to lose twenty pounds. Let's see how it goes this time. xP
Updating when needed shall commense. xD

Name: Call me Kay. ;D Age: Fourteen Gender: Female Height: 5'7 Starting weight: 214 lbs.
Current weight: 209.6 lbs.
Overal Weight Loss- 4.4 lbs.

Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated. <3

My advice?
Drink lots of water and green tea. Walk/bike wherever possible. Try for at least 30 minutes of activity a day.

Thanks! : D I appreciate all the advice possible.
Considering my Mom's at work all weekdays walking/ biking is all I do.
I've been drinking lots more water and coincidentally enough, green tea.
I plan on going for that if not more. It's the summer and I'm just at home with my 17 year old brother so I have pleanty of time to work out. Plus the resources because my Mom is uber supportive of meh exercising cause she's awesome like that. <3
